Entrepreneurial management combines the discipline knowledge of strategic management and entrepreneurship, and it's conducive to the injection of entrepreneurial spirit and innovative vitality. This paper studies entrepreneurial willingness, financing methods and entrepreneurial type selection from the perspective of rural family, and provides some reference for stimulating rural entrepreneurship and helping rural revitalization.Based on institutional theory, the institutional environment has an important impact on rural family entrepreneurship. In China,The degree of marketization has obvious regional characteristics in the critical period of transition from traditional factor driven to innovation driven. When the formal system is relatively imperfect, social capital,as an important informal system, has a significant impact on the economic activities of rural families with the alternative mechanism for resource allocation.Based on the institutional theory, this article conducts research on rural family entrepreneurship management.Taking social capital as a starting point,it researchs the impact ofsocial capital on rural family entrepreneurship and explors the mediating effect of credit constraints. At the same time,it adds a moderating variable of marketization level to explore the effect of social capital on household credit constraints under different marketization levels.based on the 2016 and2018 Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data,This article takes rural families as the research object and uses stata14.0software and binary logistic regression method to test the hypothesis. The results show that:(1)Social capital have a significant positive impact on rural family entrepreneurship.Different social capital will have a heterogeneous impact on family entrepreneurship.Social networks and social trust will stimulate the entrepreneurial vitality of rural families. They have a significant role in promoting necessity-push entrepreneurship and opportunity-pull entrepreneurship, and have a greater role in promoting opportunity entrepreneurship.Social participation has a suppressive effect on family entrepreneurship,of which social participation will significantly inhibit farmers from choosing necessity-push entrepreneurship.(2)Credit constraints play a part of mediating role in the impact of social networks and social truston rural family entrepreneurship, and this mediating effect works through informal credit constraints.(3)There is a substitution effect between the formal and informal system. As a substitute variable of the formal system, the degree of marketization has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between social capital and informal credit constraints.Under low marketization level, social networks and social trust will significantly ease the informal credit constraints and promote farmers' entrepreneurship. With the continuous improvement of marketization level, the role of social network and social trust in easing the informal credit constraints of rural families has gradually weakened. This article enriches the research on rural entrepreneurial management, and provides reference for farmer entrepreneurship in terms of enriching social capital, improving credit information system, standardizing private financing and promoting the marketization process.
