Mathematics is the foundation of all science and an indispensable basic subject for the development of science and information technology.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize the structure of mathematics education,improve the efficiency of mathematics education,and make accurate and timely judgments on the development of mathematics education based on objective,scientific and professional education diagnosis and evaluation.In this paper,the primary and secondary school mathematics education as the total system,and it is divided into three subsystems:primary school mathematics education,junior high school mathematics education and senior high school mathematics education.Based on the theory and method of constructing education index system,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of mathematics education development of total system and three subsystems,establishes data set according to the index data in 1998 to 2018,designs the calculation model of mathematics education development index of total system and each subsystem,and calculates the total system and each subsystem according to the corresponding index calculation model Mathematics education development index of subsystem.Then through regression analysis and coordination degree analysis,we deal with the overall system and the mathematics education development index of each subsystem,and analyze the relationship between the overall system and each subsystem as well as the system coordination degree of the overall system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the concept mode,principle and method of constructing the education index system,the system mode is combined with the goal mode,The index system of mathematics education development in primary and secondary schools,primary schools,junior high schools and senior high schools is constructed respectively.The three-level indexes in the index system take the corresponding data from 1998 to 2018,and use entropy weight method,principal component analysis weight method and critical weight method to weight the indexes at all levels.Finally,four mathematics education development indexes are synthesized.(2)According to the education index calculation model in the human development report issued by the United Nations,China's education index for 1998-2018 is calculated.The education index here is aimed at the whole education system including basic education,secondary education and higher education.In SPSS,the education index is the dependent variable,and the development index of mathematics education in primary and secondary schools is the independent variable.Through the linear regression equation,the change trend of education index and mathematics education index in primary and secondary schools can be predicted,and it can be found that the development of Mathematics Education system in primary and secondary schools has a very significant impact on the development of education system,and there is a very high linearity between them Positive correlation.(3)Taking the mathematics education development index of primary and secondary schools from 1998 to 2018 as the dependent variable,the mathematics education development index of primary school,the mathematics education development index of junior high school and the education development index of senior high school as the independent variable,a multiple linear regression model is established with SPSS software.Through the linear regression equation,the change trend of the total system and the three subsystems can be predicted,and the change trend of the mathematics education system of senior high school can be found Development has the most significant impact on the development of the primary and secondary school mathematics education system,and the primary school mathematics education system and the junior high school mathematics education system have relatively low impact on the overall system.(4)The primary and secondary school mathematics education system is mainly composed of three subsystems:primary school,junior high school and senior high school mathematics education system.The coordination degree between the subsystems directly affects the development level of the overall system.Therefore,based on the system coordination degree model,the structure coordination degree model of the primary and secondary school mathematics education system is established,and the structure between the three subsystems is calculated by the structure coordination degree model According to the coordination degree and the coordinated development degree,the structural coordination degree in 1998-2018 mainly includes three situations:the structural uncoordinated development is underdeveloped,the structural coordinated development is underdeveloped and the structural coordination and development is developed.(5)The primary and secondary school
