Since China's economy entered the new normal development, economic growth has slowed down.People gradually realize that relying solely on physical capital and labor input can no longer meet the needs of economic development, and human capital may become an important factor affecting the trend of economic development. However, the uneven distribution of human capital in my country and the wide gap in quality levels have had an adverse impact on the development of our economy and limited the speed and quality of economic development. Therefore, research on human capital can effectively reduce the imbalance of economic development and have an important impact on the sustainable development of our economy.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China's eastern, central, and western regions from 2009 to 2018,this paper studies the impact of my country's human capital on regional economic growth in light of my country's national conditions.First, sort out and summarize the research status of human capital at home and abroad, and on this basis, introduce the theory and influence mechanism of human capital. Then, through data statistics to summarize my country's human capital and economic growth status, mainly to analyze the specific situation of human capital in education and health.Secondly, based on the relevant data of human capital education and health, the principal component analysis method is used to measure and evaluate the comprehensive level of education human capital, healthy human capital and human capital. Finally, the comprehensive levels of education human capital, healthy human capital and human capital are selected as explanatory variables, and physical capital, per capita consumption level and external dependence are used as control variables.Based on panel data,a fixed-effect model is used to further study human capital on the regional economic growth zone. The impact of the future, with the help of research results, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable growth of China's economy.Through empirical research, this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)From the measurement results of human capital level, with the increase of factor investment, the comprehensive evaluation value of human capital increases year by year.In recent years, human capital investment in the western region has grown the most, and the economy has grown the fastest.(2)From the regression results, the comprehensive level of education human capital, healthy human capital and human capital will all have a positive impact on economic growth, the impact of which will be far greater than the effect of physical capital.Human capital investment will be Economic development has injected new vitality.(3)From the perspective of the degree of influence, the regression results brought by education human capital across the country are significant, and the degree of influence is greater than the effect of healthy human capital on economic growth.Due to the differences in the economic development levels of different regions and the different resources invested in various regions, the impact on economic growth is different. The central region has the largest impact on education human capital, and the western region has a significant advantage in healthy human capital. In the central region, the comprehensive level of human capital has the greatest impact.According to the research results, the following policy recommendations are proposed:First, strengthen investment in education and improve the advanced human capital structure of education. The second is to improve the level of medical security and increase health human capital. The third is to rationally allocate the regional distribution of human capital and strengthen the mobility of human capital.Fourth, improve policies and regulations, and gradually improve relevant mechanisms for human capital management.
