Since there is a gap in the biology curriculum of junior high school and senior high school,students forget the biology knowledge acquired in junior high school after entering senior high school,which hinders the effective assimilation of biology knowledge in senior high school in some extent.In the 2017 edition of the biology curriculum standard,it was proposed that scientific thinking regarded as one of the core qualities of biology,aiming at cultivating student's ability of scientific thinking.Therefore,this paper tries to consider the biological cohesion in junior and senior high schools from the perspective of cultivating students' scientific thinking,which provides a new research perspective for enriching and improving the biological cohesion problem in junior and senior high schools.First of all,this study through the literature about the high school biology cohesion and the dynamic progress of scientific thinking,and the meaningful learning theory and advance organizer theory,cognitive development theory and constructivism theory into the design in the cohesion of high school biology,from the perspective of scientific thinking for the research of high school biology cohesion to provide theoretical support;Secondly,based on the biology curriculum standards of junior high school and senior high school,sorted out and made the junior high school biology knowledge interface book to provide a support for the junior high school biology interface.Then,in the form of test paper,the actual mastery level and scientific thinking situation of junior high school biology knowledge of newly enrolled senior high school students in two schools in my region were investigated to provide reference for the design of junior high school biology teaching bridging strategy.Finally,a class of senior one of the surveyed schools was selected to conduct a trial of junior and senior high school biological knowledge linking book,to understand the effects and problems of students' use of junior and senior high school biological knowledge linking book in the form of feedback questionnaire,and to understand teachers' views on biological linking and scientific thinking in junior and senior high school in the form of interview.Results show that most of the high student before high school biology course,as with a long cycle time forgotten and biology concept understanding does not reach the designated position that should have knowledge of high school biology cohesion appear fault,science thinking ability weak foundation,based on the knowledge content and the ability to even more difficult for students to learn high school biology curriculum,need to link make students adapt to the high school biology curriculum.Through the preliminary trial and feedback of the junior and senior high school biology interface book,it was shown that it can effectively link up the junior and senior high school biology curriculum in some extent.On the basis of the above investigation,this study puts forward the strategies of connecting biology teaching in junior and senior high schools.(1)in terms of behavior and attitude,promotes the awareness of bidirectional connection of biology in junior and senior high schools by strengthening the communication between junior and senior high school biology teachers,carefully studying the curriculum standards of junior and senior high school biology and correctly guiding junior and senior high school students.(2)in terms of the positioning of cohesive content,teachers should pay attention to the cohesive biological concepts,the cohesion of biological experiments in junior and senior high schools and the cohesion of interdisciplinary content,so as to achieve the cohesion of knowledge content;(3)in the cultivation of scientific thinking,students are guided to construct concept maps and mind maps to induce biological concepts,and to explore biological issues to deduce and reason biological concepts.The history of biological science is used to stimulate students' ability to master biological concepts,so as to connect their thinking ability.
