With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,education is constantly undergoing reform and innovation.The role of teachers as demonstrators should constantly improve their qualities,achieve professional development,and become a qualified people's teacher.Teachers' personal qualities and moral qualities are reflected in all aspects of the teachers themselves,and a very important point includes teachers' nonverbal behavior.In addition,many scholars have stated that non-verbal behaviors play a very important role in the transmission of information when communicating with each other.Teachers can use non-verbal language in the classroom as a bridge for information transmission in the teaching process.Behavior is very beneficial for students to accept and understand knowledge.Based on the biology classroom,this study understands the use of non-verbal behaviors by biology teachers in the classroom,and sorts out the types,functions,characteristics of teachers' non-verbal behaviors in the classroom,and the use of non-verbal behaviors in the classroom.Aspect theory.By sorting out the author,I found that Chinese scholars' research on teachers' nonverbal behavior in classroom teaching emphasizes practice and theory,and teachers in several subjects such as foreign languages,mathematics,and physical education are the main research objects.The lack of research is far from enough to effectively guide the use of nonverbal behaviors in high school biology teachers in the classroom.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of biology classroom teaching,it is very necessary to guide teachers on the application of nonverbal behavior in high school biology teaching based on theory.This study used the literature method and questionnaire survey to study the current situation and existing problems of high school biology teachers' use of nonverbal behavior in the classroom.It was found that both teachers and students value teachers' non-verbal behaviors in the classroom.Students also showed great expectations for teachers' non-verbal behaviors,but some teachers expressed that they did not know how to properly use non-verbal behaviors.In order to make the theory better guide the practice,the author analyzes the results of the above survey and combines relevant theories to design three teaching cases and practice them in the practice school.After the practice,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the degree of satisfaction of the students.The survey showed that good classroom results were achieved.Finally,according to the effective use of non-verbal behaviors in the classroom by biology teachers,based on the corresponding theory and the results of the questionnaire survey,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,strengthen theoretical learning and enrich teaching practice;second,promote norms and improve use Level;third,flexible and appropriate,timely use;fourth,face all students,treat equally.In short,this research not only provides a theoretical basis for further research on the use of non-verbal behaviors in high school biology classrooms,but also guides biology teachers in how to properly use non-verbal behaviors in classrooms.
