| School sports is an indispensable component of campus culture construction and an important guarantee for realizing the grand goal of modern sports power.However,before the reform of the senior high school entrance examination,sports were often regarded as a weak subject,schools did not pay attention,and teachers were not active.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the introduction of a series of policies,the state has put forward higher requirements for sports and middle school sports.Create a strong sports culture atmosphere and regularly carry out sports and cultural activities,which not only can enhance the physical and mental qualities of teachers and students,but also enjoy the physical and mental well-being of teachers and students,and will gradually form a sports culture with its own school characteristics in the process of organizing activities,and at this stage.The young people are the key period for the formation and maturity of various ideologies.The good atmosphere of sports culture construction plays a very good role in cultivating students' good sports habits and the formation of lifelong sports consciousness.So how to give full play to the important role of the junior high school campus sports culture in improving students' physical and mental quality,shaping good character and cultivating lifelong sports awareness has become the top priority of the current junior high school campus sports culture construction.Based on the review of various current achievements in campus sports culture,this paper finds that the current research on campus sports culture mainly includes its composition,function,function and development status.Combining with the current educational form of Shanxi Province and the new trend of "reform and innovation,struggling to make a difference",we first start from the urban junior high school in Shanxi Province,and investigate the construction of campus sports culture in 22 middle schools in 11 cities in Shanxi Province.The investigation mainly focuses on the three dimensions of the physical culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture of the campus sports culture structure that the previous scholars have already demonstrated.Through field visits,questionnaires were issued to explore the actual situation of the construction of sports culture in junior high school schools in Shanxi Province,and related strategies were proposed for the shortcomings in the development process.The research results show that(1)At present,the overall construction of sports culture construction in the urban junior Middle School of Shanxi province is in good condition,among which the Jinzhong area development is the best,and the second largest comprehensive construction situation is the Jinnan area dominated by Yuncheng and Linfen,followed by the south-eastern region,followed by Datong,Shuozhou and The construction of campus sports culture in the urban Junior high School of Jinbei area composed of Xinzhou is in a relatively backward state in the province.In addition,the construction of sports culture in key junior middle schools in Shanxi province is relatively good compared with that of non-key general junior middle schools,and the enthusiasm of male students to participate in sports activities is higher than that of girls.(2)There are significant differences in the construction of sports material culture in the urban Junior Middle School of Shanxi province,and it is concluded that the material culture construction of Jinzhong area is the best,the Jinnan area is the second,and the third and fourth are broken down in the Southeast region and Jinbei region.At present,the material culture construction of key junior middle schools in Shanxi province is obviously better than that of ordinary junior high(3)There are significant differences in the cultural construction of the campus sports system of the Urban junior Middle School in Shanxi province,and it is concluded that the system culture construction of Jinzhong area is the best,followed by the Jinnan region,the southeastern region of Jin and the Jinbei region At present,the institutional culture construction of key junior high schools in Shanxi Province is obviously superior to ordinary junior high school(4)The construction of sports spirit culture in the urban Junior Middle School of Shanxi province is significantly different,at present,the construction of sports spirit culture in the urban Junior middle School in Jinnan area of Shanxi Province is the best,followed by the Jinzhong area and southeast regions,the construction of sports spirit culture in the relatively backward is Jinzhong area.After the key schools and ordinary schools,boys and girls are respectively,the spiritual and cultural construction of key junior high school in Shanxi province is obviously better than that of ordinary junior high school,there is no significant difference in the construction of campus sports spirit culture between boys and girls,and the attitude is very positive.(5)At present,the main factors affecting the construction of sports culture in junior middle School campus in Shanxi Province include hardware facilities,school policies and external factors of teachers ' strength,as well as students ' subjective cognition,parents ' consciousness and internal factors in the composition of teachers ' enthusiasm.In addition,the main factors affecting the construction of campus sports culture in Shanxi Province are: students' lack of understanding of sports culture,and the importance of lifelong sports;the lack of investment in school sports special funds,the sports facilities cannot meet the needs of students;The sports management system is imperfect.Sunshine sports and large classes flow in form,and even there is still a state of being squeezed out;various sports organizations such as sports clubs and sports teams are lacking,and the lack of competent teachers leads to poor organization management.Under the exam-oriented education,the parents' education concept is old-fashioned,and the wisdom of cultivating light sports is deeply rooted.Based on the argumentation of these main influencing factors,this paper analyzes the current shortage of campus sports culture construction in Shanxi Province and proposes corresponding
