Driven by the background of national fitness,various fitness methods have gradually entered the lives of ordinary people.Among them,Health Qigong is a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation.With the increasing cultural exchange between the East and the West,the spread of the local Health Qigong has been impacted,and the phenomenon of "yoga fever" has appeared in today's society.Through comparison,we can find that during the spread of Health Qigong,on the basis of maintaining its own characteristics,we can learn from the good conditions for the development of Yoga and realize the steady and progressive development of Health Qigong.In this paper,through literature methods,comparative research methods,interview methods,and questionnaire survey methods,the differences between Health Qigong and Yoga in nature and transmission modes are explained.The obstacles encountered in the spread of Health Qigong are analyzed to further spread Health Qigong.Provide useful theoretical references.The conclusions of this study are as follows:Similar communication dominance,different communication concepts: In the process of spreading Health Qigong and Yoga,it is inseparable from the promotion of the communicators,especially the government.Health Qigong adopts a public welfare promotion model supported by government-sponsored non-governmental organizations.At present,it mainly adopts the model of apprenticeship.In the future,under the guidance of the government,it is necessary to establish and improve relevant rules and regulations,and gradually improve the health qigong management organization network,strengthen the site construction work of health qigong,and develop an industrialized and commercialized model.Yoga's communication concept is mainly based on the market,taking the commercial route.The yoga market is confusion,and the technical level of the counselors is not uniform.It is necessary to beware of harmful factors entering the yoga market in my country.Similar content of communication,different focus of communication:Both Health Qigong and Yoga are designed to achieve joint coordination of the mind and body,improve various functions of the body,control and prevent related diseases,and thus achieve the purpose of health and health care.Both Health Qigong and Yoga need to be accompanied by soft,rhythmic light music during exercise.They both adopt the behavior of imitating animals and gradually form a movement system suitable for humans.In response to the current phenomenon of "yoga fever",it has sounded a historical alarm to our new generation of Chinese youth.We must actively participate in the communication team,understand the cultural value behind Health Qigong,and make the best service for the spread of my country's local Health Qigong.Similar communication channels,different responses: In terms of communication channels,both Health Qigong and Yoga have a strong dependence on Internet communication.However,the spread of yoga really uses all kinds of resources and really opens up channels of communication.Yoga is favored by young people in the new era,especially women.Besides,the spread of yoga on the Internet and the forwarding effect are obviously better than Health Qigong.Health Qigong promotion needs to be developed.You can learn from the advantages of yoga network communication and find new methods and concepts to attract people's attention.Meanwhile,based on adhering to the mode of apprenticeship,more communication methods are needed.In the future development,both Health Qigong and Yoga will move towards a more formal competition,which is conducive to the better spread and development of the two fitness models.Similar action characteristics,different audience groups: Health Qigong and Yoga are relatively gentle exercises,designed to reduce body fat,beautify the bodylines,and achieve the effect of conditioning the body.The audience of Health Qigong is middleaged and elderly people,mostly retirees.Most of the yoga practitioners are women of a new era with certain cultural qualities,and they are even more conducive to the spread of yoga exercises.In the future communication process,Health Qigong should learn the communication mode of Yoga.Health Qigong needs to use university platforms to strengthen the construction of its audience for communication,especially to increase the team building of young practitioners of Health Qigong.Meanwhile,it is necessary to actively create a healthy fitness Qigong exercise atmosphere,and allow more people to participate in fitness Qigong exercises and develop habits.Similar communication basis,different communication effect: The communication audience of yoga has made very good results,and it is worthwhile for the extension workers of Health Qigong to learn the experience.At present,most communication models implement small-class teaching,which to a certain extent guarantees the quality of teaching.In the future communication process,whether it is Health Qigong or Yoga,as people become familiar with exercise methods,not only the number of stations must be increased,but also the radiation area should be increased to improve the quality of each station.In the future communication,Health Qigong needs to vigorously develop its own charm to encourage the "nepot role",use "star" propaganda,and guide more people to join the fitness Qigong practice team.Through comparative research,the following suggestions are made to better achieve the spread of Health Qigong:(1)Government departments continue to play a leading role;(2)Strengthen publicity and promotion work,enhance the recognition and participation of the masses;(3)encourage creation,Multi-element fusion;(4)Improve the foreign language translation work of Health Qigong project.
