"Building a Well-off Society in an All-Round Way" will be completed in 2020.At the same time,it has planned the terminal line ahead of time for the"poverty alleviation and fortification".But that does not mean the end of poverty. On the contrary, with the approaching of 2020,thinking about how to look at poverty in the future and how to deal with it should also be put on the agenda. One of the important points is to observe the causes of poverty from a more multi-dimensional perspective and to solve the problem. In this regard, this paper focuses on the phenomenon of "intergenerationals inverse transmission of poverty" and analyses its influencing factors.Power, reciprocity and exchange constitute the family intergenerational relationship among Chinese families,as the saying goes, the more sons, the more care for the old.But nowdays, with the change of family structure and social concepts, the improvement of economic and material level, the traditional family support mode has gradually changed, and the long-term support from father to son has become more and more popular.Empowerment from education, material enjoyment and development prospects brought by urbanization make the younger generation more capable and motivated to go to and stay in economically developed cities, but economic development and population gathering also make the cost of living in cities more and more high. When the cost of living exceeds the economic capacity of the offspring, the family begins to play a role, and the fathers become the long-term direct bearers of this cost, eventually. For families with better economic conditions, such support will not be a burden to their parents. For poor families,it is also their strong and legitimate appeal to help their children base themselves on city, help their development and even get rid of class solidification to realize class leap. However, this kind of support often brings about a further squeeze on the plight and welfare of the poor father's generation. Some scholars call this kind of poverty conversely transmitted as intergenerational exploitation.Aiming at this phenomenon,This paper uses the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey(CHARLS)in 2015.We uses relative poverty standard and the A-F Mulitidimensional Poverty Measurement Method to identify poverty parents.Using Heckman's two-stage model to studies the factors influencing of the probability and scale of supporting the offspring by poor parents, and focuses on families with long residence distances and grandchildren. The study found that even in poor group, there is such a parent, who sacrifice their own welfare in exchange for support for their offspring. The support of the poor parents to their offspring is mainly economic and goods are subsidiary. This kind of support behavior has also caused a greater squeeze on the economic situation of poor parents, and the spiritual level has also been subjected to greater pressure invisibly. When the poor parents support their offspring, they will take into consideration their own circumstances and the needs of their offspring. When the situation is better and the offspring need more support, the probability of support will be higher. When deciding on the scale of support, more consideration offspring's needed,it embodies a selfless motive.Research also found There is a significant positive correlation between the support scale of the poor parents and the endowment insurance. The support scale of the poor parents with the insurance will increase significantly. This leads to a deviation in the direction of endowment insurance and a reduction in the ability of social intergenerational redistribution. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of pension policy and housing policy, trying to alleviate the pressure of poor parents and help their children to establish themselves in the city to truly realize the "good life" and "shared development of the whole people".
