After the new curriculum reform, the process of teacher-students communication is more focused on the humanistic characteristics. However, due to the absence of teachers' civil rights, the imbalance between discipline and punishment, the failure to fulfill the discipline responsibility and the bias between teachers and students in moral cognition, behavior and emotion, the classroom conflicts between teachers and students are gradually increasing. Thus,it is necessary to further study the teachers' right to discipline. This paper, focusing on the legal supervision and moral integration of teachers' right to discipline and being supplemented by other maintenance, puts forward feasible measures for classroom conflicts between teachers and students in the fields of law and morality to guarantees the realization of teachers' right to discipline and make teachers' discipline legal and reasonable.Through the study in this paper,it is hoped that in the rational aspect, the teachers will be guided to protect their lawful rights and properly use the right to discipline, and some teachers to strengthen their sense of responsibility;in the irrational aspect, the teacher will be guided to enhance their moral cognition and standardize their moral behavior, and teacher-student moral empathy will be promoted. In doing so,both teachers and students could benefit from an improved consciousness of democracy and law.Besides,it is conducive to teachers upholding their disciplinary right while ensuring the legitimate rights the under-aged students are entitled to will not be jeopardized. It could balance the interests of teachers with that of students, create a harmonious climate for students to concentrate on their study and facilitate teaching to take place.
