Research On How Mainstream Media Promotes Its Influence On College Students

Guiding college students to establish healthy and correct values has always been an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China.With the rapid development of new media era,different kinds of media are gradually moving towards our vision.This kind of public opinion influences the growth of college students,while the mainstream media,as the watchmen of the society,reveals the crux of the society with its accurate brushwork and in-depth reports.Therefore,how to improve the leading power of mainstream media to college students has become an urgent and important issue.Since the concept of mainstream media has not been unified in the academic world,this paper mainly adopts the following methods: People's Daily,Guangming Daily,China youth daily,China central television,China national radio.These five most representative mainstream media set out to find out how to improve the mainstream media to guide college students related research.The introduction mainly introduces the origin of the problem,significance of topic selection,research status,research ideas,basic methods,as well as the research degree of related problems at home and abroad.The first part starts from the concept of mainstream media and the guiding force of mainstream public opinion to further elaborate that the mainstream media plays a vital role in the ideological and political education of college students.The second part further discusses the relationship between the mainstream media and the promotion of ideological and political education of college students as well as some principles that should be followed.The third part focuses on a series of specific problems faced by the mainstream media in promoting the ideological and political education of college students due to the rapid development of new media.The fourth part mainly discusses the countermeasures.On the one hand,it discusses the ways of the mainstream media to improve the guiding force of college students.In short,this paper hopes to discuss the characteristics of the mainstream media in the current era,analyze its plight,and explore how the mainstream media can play a more important role in promoting the ideological and political education of college students.
