Study On Problems Of Campus Security Management In Shengli College Of China University Of Petroleum

Campus security management is an important part of the overall management of colleges and universities.It plays an important role in maintaining the normal teaching and scientific research order,ensuring the safety of people and property,playing the role of environmental education,and so on.With the development of higher education and the deepening of social transformation,the campus security management is facing a growing challenge.Since the cooperation of Dongying City,Shengli Oil Field and China University of Petroleum(East China),the development of the Shengli College has entered a new stage,the formation of multi campus school running pattern is not only improving the campus security management,but also putting forward higher requirements for school safety management.Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire,we found that the Shengli College are still faced with many safety problems,such as the frequency of campus security incidents and the traffic accidents,the diversity of personal safety incidents,the increase of college students' psychological safety problems and so on.The existence of these complex and diverse security problems showed that there are still many problems need to be improved in the safety management of the campus.This includes the lack of awareness of campus safety management,the system of campus safety management and the emergency mechanism are not so perfect,the awareness of safety management of teachers and students needs to be strengthened,and the efficiency of the campus security management department needs to be improved.There are many reasons for these problems,such as the campus security management system is not unified,the complexity of campus security management caused by multi campus school,the insufficient number of personnel and capacity of campus security management,technology means relatively backward,and the formalization of education and management of college students.From the perspective of the construction and development of the new situation,college students need to strengthen the consciousness of campus safety management,campus security management departments need to strengthen the responsibility consciousness and capacity building,the related rules and regulations need to be improved,safety education and participation of college students need to be enhanced,the school safety guards need to strengthen the comprehensive management ability,and the campus safety emergency response mechanism needs to be constructed etc..By further strengthening and improving the campus security management of the Shengli College,we can create a harmonious and stable campus environment for college development and personnel training.
