Study On Intervention And Promotion Of Social Worker To Prisoners' Minors Children

At present,the prisoners are given more assistance and attention,but they neglect to care for and support the minor children of the prisoners who are closely related to the prisoners.The minor children of the prisoners are currently the most complex group of children and adolescents with the most difficult problems and needs.Their development is rarely valued by the public.After attracting social attention from such people in 2006,their services and research in the society mainly focused on basic needs such as salvation and protection.The study of their future sustainable development was in a deficient state.This study focuses on the “Child Care Action” project that targets serving children of underserved minors.It uses diversified research methods such as observation,case analysis,semi-structured interviews,and literature research to conduct research and control.The project runs and analyzes the involvement of social work in projects from multiple angles and levels,and proposes strategies for the intervention of social work interventions for minors serving prisoners from the perspective of systematic and active development,in the hope of providing servicesfor the future of such disadvantaged groups.Provide some useful reference.In the first part,the basic situation of the “Child Care Action” project,the overall operation of the project,including the operating mode and the system resources of the main service were introduced.The study found that the “Child Care Action” project was a project that continued for 11 years to provide care services for underage children who were serving prisoners.The project is based on the concerted efforts of all walks of life,through the social worker's case management in the professional method of social work,and the other methods are supplemented to provide services for the minor children of the prisoners.In the second part,the social work involved in serving minor children of prisoners was intervened in the specific practice of the “Child Care Action” project.The study finds that the project implements the service concept of people-oriented,sustainable and positive development;the service method of social workers has changed from diversification to simplification in the course of many years of practice;the main body of providing services has presented social workers,community residents,and schools The diversity of teachers,etc.;the social service intervention level includes the contents of survival,psychology,education,and family;and on the service effectiveness of practice,the research discusses both the overall effect and the micro influence.In the third part,the study analyzes the overall situation of practice from two aspects: the advantages and difficulties of the project.In terms of advantages,the study found that the methods of social work professional in service,the satisfaction of customers in the project,years of rich experience in practical intervention,and solid government support for years of project development will be the driving force for the continued development of services in the future.In terms of service difficulties,there are external problems such as the exclusion of services,the availability of service resources,etc.,caused by the diversification of the problems of the service object,theservice objects,and the family's social tagging;and the main interventions of the service—society.The professionalism of the workers needs further professional difficulties;the concept of active development implements unprofessional and adequate conceptual difficulties;Finally,based on the reference to the existing advantages of the service and the difficulties in overcoming it,the proposal and countermeasures for improving and improving the intervention of the social work for the service of minor children of prisoners are formed,including the function of resource integration,the creation of a good social environment at multiple levels,and the promotion of social workers.The level of professional intervention,multi-channels to improve service quality,promote positive development,and promote the development of service targets from multiple perspectives.The author believes that in the future,the social work can not only focus on the current problems of the service targets,but also should focus on the sustainable development of the society after they close the case or grow up.Therefore,the author conceives that in the future services for this group of people,whether it can fully use the guidance of the active youth development concept for services,and explore the social forces including scientific research institutes,social organizations,and governments of universities to use action research methods to explore What are the more favorable service strategies for serving minors serving prisoners,thus promoting their sustainable development?
