Community self-organization is a new thing that emerged in the 1990 s,and it has experienced 20 to 30 years of development in China.Due to the influence of the planned economy era in the past,the self-organization of the community is not sound.In the past,domestic research on community self-organization focused on individual capacity building,and research on team development and community involvement involved less.Social work has a strong professional advantage over the government.Using social work methods to cultivate community self-organization can enrich the content of the practical level and provide possibilities for the community to participate in community governance.Social workers abandon the traditional "question-based" theory of community development,and start from the resources of the community,through the cultivation of community leaders,organizational capacity building and local community activities and other strategic social work methods,successfully cultivated a Community self-organization.As an intern,the author directly or indirectly participates in the self-organization of the community.Through participatory observation,in-depth interviews and historical data collection methods,the author extracts the process of social work and self-organization of the community and the internal logic.The thesis consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the necessity and significance of the research and the problems to be solved by the research.It sorts out the domestic and foreign scholars' self-organized research and defines related concepts.The second part is research design,mainly introduces the theory and research methods and working methods used in this study.The third part is the introduction of the project background,which provides a real environment for this research.The fourth part is to analyze the necessity of self-organizing and cultivating the community.The fifth part is the key part of this research.It describes the process of using community social work methods to intervene in the self-organizing and cultivating of the community,and initially explores a process path of self-organization development of the community,that is,people and cultural resources collide and interact with each other.The common small group that conserves and inherits the community culture,then realizes the self-organization self-management of the communitythrough three kinds of capacity building.Finally,it evaluates the self-organization of the community from the two levels of team members and organizations.The sixth part is a reflection on the process.The reflection from the asset-based community development theory and the theory of empowerment theory on practice,and the advantages and limitations of community social work methods applied to community self-organization cultivation are reflected.The seventh part is in conclusion.The research results show that community social work contributes to the improvement of the three self-organizational abilities of the community,namely,the ability of external publicity,the ability of group members to express and the ability to integrate resources.In the process of nurturing,community social work has also accumulated experience:focusing on the play of residents' autonomy and the role of social workers from the role of the enabler to the companion.However,there are also shortcomings.First,the self-organizational sustainability is challenged.Second,professional forces interfere with the self-organizational autonomy of the community.Third,social workers lack integrated thinking;the fourth social work organization has limited project resources..The asset-based community development adopted by this research provides a good guide for the author's practical work,but the domestic application of this theory is not mature enough,which leads to confusion with the“problem-based” thinking mode.The effectiveness of the service.The application of the theory of empowerment should be tailored to local conditions and varies from person to person.Because each team member is an independent and unique individual,the state of consciousness and ability are different.We should conduct a detailed assessment of the specific situation of each team member in the early stage.The content of the assessment includes personality,experience,ability,feeling,etc.Etc.,based on the results of the assessment,develop a plan for awareness change and capacity building.
