A Comparative Study Of The Operation Modes Of CUBA And NCAA Basketball League Matches

Since the first CUBA Basketball League was held in 1998 in China,the CUBA Basketball League has been successfully held for 20 years.The CUBA Basketball League in China has made remarkable progress in terms of both the size of the league and the influence of the league.However,compared with the NCAA Basketball League in American universities,there is still much room for improvement in the CUBA League in China,especially in the mode of operation.There is an urgent need for improvement.Therefore,the research adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to analyze the operation modes of CUBA and NCAA basketball leagues.The results show that:1.The development goal of CUBA Basketball League is to train basketball talents and develop college basketball.The development goal of NCAA Basketball League incorporates inter-school sports into the education system and promotes sports to become an important part of College life.2.CUBA Basketball League still stays at the level of planning management system and lacks the ability to assess and respond to market risks,while NCAA Basketball League is well-known.Through the management of non-profit college sports associations,the scientificand market-oriented degree of league matches is very high.3.NCAA Basketball League matches,through the establishment of home and away court system,determine the qualifications in the form of matches selection,have the characteristics of short League time span,more matches and greater intensity of competition,while CUBA basketball league matches have a long season span,fewer matches and less intensity of competition.Characteristic,especially in the zoning competition,there is a phenomenon of disconnection between training and competition,the final championship lacks suspense,and the competition system of league matches needs to be improved.4.NCAA basketball league,through the cooperation of universities and League matches,well interprets the "combination of sports and education" training mode of college sports talents,while CUBA Basketball League still has the tendency of separating training,competition and learning.College basketball players in the contradictions and conflicts between training is still pending;5,NCAA basketball league tournament in ticket revenue,event broadcasting,advertising fees and other aspects of the league has brought huge profits,these huge profits will be used to promote and maintain the development of the league;CUBA basketball league tournament market-oriented degree is very low,League profits are not high,can not inject a large amount of funds to maintain and promote the league.Currently,the development of CUBA Basketball League in China mainly depends onthe allocation of government administrative departments.Based on the analysis of the successful experience accumulated by NCAA basketball league,this paper makes plans for the sustainable development of CUBA Basketball League in China.Firstly,it clarifies the post responsibilities of various departments of CUBA basketball league;secondly,it clarifies the sovereignty of CUBA League and increases the investment in the League funds;thirdly,it pays attention to the improvement of the competition system of CUBA basketball league;fourthly,it dismantles the members of CUBA Basketball League Fifth,establish the talent transfer mechanism of CUBA basketball league.
