Investigation On The Effect Of Vocational Training For Land-lost Peasants

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of social economy in our country,the pace of urbanization is speeding up day by day.In the process of economic development,more and more industrial parks and development zones occupy rural collective land,which makes farmers lose the cultivated land on which they depend for their survival.Although farmers get certain economic compensation after losing land,because of their low cultural quality,lack of professional skills and backward ideas,a large number of farmers fall into a inferior position in the labor market after losing land.It is impossible to realize career change and identity change smoothly.In recent years,the problem of landless farmers has also extended from local social problems in some developed areas to national social problems.The 2011 China Urban Development report released by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences also pointed out that the total number of landless farmers in China has reached about 40 million to 50 million,and it is expected that the number of landless farmers will increase to about 110 million by 2030.Therefore,we should do a good job in vocational training for landless farmers,systematically help landless farmers adapt to their new social roles in terms of compensation and placement,employment recommendation,identity conversion,education and training,and so on.It can not only provide a way to solve the current problem of landless farmers from the root causes,but also provide a new demographic dividend for the social and economic development and urbanization construction of our country.This article namely with J city S town in jiangxi province as an example,first from on macroscopic description S town,the current situation of the land-losing farmers vocational training measures,starting from the status quo,and tries to stand in the Angle of the land-lost farmers at the same time,the Angle of the unit of choose and employ persons,training organization management point of view,from farmers to the current vocational training satisfaction,to participate in the training after the employment situation of land-lost farmers vocational training and skill levels toinvestigation results,thus the analysis of the current vocational training of the problem,explains the influence factors of land-lost farmers vocational training effect,and then to S town in J city as a case,in order to further solve the problem of land-lost farmers on hearing.First of all,based on the current situation of vocational training for land-lost farmers in S town of J city,this research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and case interview to investigate the effectiveness of the current vocational training for land-lost farmers.In the process of visiting and investigating,the author finds that there is a gap between the expected vocational training and practical training for land-lost farmers.To further explore the way of improving vocational training effects,based on training satisfaction as the foundation,on the seven elements of professional training organization and management of the detailed analysis and research,from the inside to find reasons of vocational training and search method,and combined with the training after the employment situation,the skill level of the farmers,to form three dimensions of performance evaluation system,and then to J,S in the town of land-lost farmers vocational training effectiveness of detailed analysis,finally analyzes the current game Yang town area of land-lost farmers training four problems:the imbalance of supply and training propaganda is not thorough,unreasonable results show,training way is not clear.Thirdly,the factors influencing the satisfaction of land-lost farmers in vocational training are analyzed in detail,which are economic factors,social system factors,cultural environment factors,training system factors and land-lost farmers' own factors.Finally,based on the influence factors of this study,a series of optimization Suggestions for vocational training for land-lost farmers are put forward.
