With the development of Internet technology,digital learning resources have experienced "explosive" growth,gradually changing people's lifestyles and learning styles,driving more and more people to learn with digital learning resources.Among many learning resource types,video resources have the advantages of vivid image,strong sense of participation,and can attract the attention of learners.Therefore,in the k12 education stage,whether the students in order to learn or the teachers in order to teach,video resources are their preferred target.On the one hand,because the relationship between the video resources in the professional teaching resource library and the K12 knowledge system is not close enough,faced with massive amounts of network video resources with mixed content and inadequate organization and management methods,it is increasingly difficult for educators and students to quickly find the network video resources.On the other hand,more and more interesting video resources,which we do not usually call "educational video resources",contain a lot of knowledge-based learning content,such as the CCTV variety show "Is it true?" and various Some video clips of UGC video resources can be applied to the knowledge teaching process in different classrooms of the k12 education stage.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a segmentation labeling and organization management strategy for video resources,dig out video clips that can be used for k12 knowledge point learning from various fun video resources,and then build a video resource library based on k12 education knowledge point information annotation and organized by excellent strategy,which is provided to major learning platforms to help educators and learners to quickly locate video resources based on knowledge-based retrieval.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly,based on the research of related theories and technologies,the mechanism of segmentation and storage of video resources,regularization of video resources,redundant backup of video resources and load balancing are studied.Segmentation labeling strategy based on multi-knowledge keyword association based on mass power,the virtual storage strategy of the segmented video resource,and the loading and playing strategy of the segmented video realize the segmentation and storage of the video resource;the regularization of the video resources after segmentation is realized from the two aspects of the regularization of video clips and the automatic generation of video themes.In addition,a backup strategy based on security and load balancing and a video resource scheduling mechanism based on load balancing guarantee the security and reliability of the video resources after segmentation.Then,based on the above mechanism,the video resource segmentation annotation and organization management module is designed and implemented.Firstly,the overall framework design of the module is expounded from the perspective of function,architecture service and database design.Then the implementation of the core interface involved in the relevant mechanism of the module is introduced in detail.Finally,the function implementation of the module is described,including:video resource rendering module,video playback module,video segmentation module.Finally,the author carried out experimental analysis,function and performance testing on video resource segmentation and organization management module.Experimental analysis mainly verifies the effectiveness of relevant mechanisms.The functional test mainly includes page presentation,operation response,interface logic,mechanism fusion result and whether the result meets design expectations.Performance test main test Interface pressure.The results show that the system module has certain stability and the related mechanism is effective.
