At present the worldwide media convergence has entered the stage of deep integration.The decentralization of media power and the change of news production and communication mode have eliminated and reconstructed professional jourmalism idea from the aspects of operation mode and evaluation standard,professional ethics and independent attributes of media.In the field of journalism education,journalism educators and college students are also faced with challenges brought by the change of media environment,professional skills and professional concepts,which have an impact on the professional identity and professional training of journalism students.On the other hand,the professional journalism idea of Chinese journalism students mainly depends on the journalism theory classes in journalism schools.In order to cope with the changes in media environment and industry requirements,major journalism colleges and universities in China have set up theory and practice courses related to media convergence,new media and big data.However,the traditional classroom setting and teaching mode of journalism theory have not been greatly innovated,and the boundary between journalism theory classroom and practice has not been greatly broken through,the effect of news students in absorbing classroom knowledge was not significantly improved.The backward teaching mode of theoretical class and the disjointed classroom contents threaten the professional training of journalism students in the age of all media.In this paper,44 students in the reformed "introduction to journalism" class of a well-known university in China were selected as the interview samples,adopts the qualitative research method of in-depth interview,and encodes and summarizes the interview data with the coding program of grounded theory.The selection of samples is in the form of quota sampling and purposiveness sampling.The core framework of this paper is the process of journalism students' professional journalism idea shaping and internalization under the background of the organic combination of journalism theory classroom and newsroom classroom.It is believed that journalism theory classroom is the foundation of journalism students'professionalism shaping,and newsroom classroom is the key to journalism students'professionalism internalization.Based on this,from the operating methods,values,traditions these three dimension analysis of undergraduate student in news professional mold and the degree of internalization,and to investigate in this process,students feel for reformed theory class,and students of the understanding of the professional requirements of the industry,to discuss the rationality and direction of news theory classroom reform.This paper finds that the current curriculum reform of major journalism colleges and universities does not play a prominent role in the professional training of students.The traditional teaching mode of theoretical classroom is not recognized by students,while the reformed journalism theory classroom is welcomed by journalism students.The traditional journalism theory is no longer enough to explain the current communication reality,and the teacher's indoctrination teaching is not in line with the current habit of college students to receive knowledge.The "disconnection" between the theoretical classroom and practice is a big problem troubling journalism teachers and students,which is not only the problem that journalism colleges expect to solve,but also the biggest dissatisfaction of the journalism industry with journalism teaching.From the above problems,this paper combined with the student's point of view,first of all,this paper analyzes from the dimension of "theory--practice",and finds that the classroom setting of theory combined with practice and the interdisciplinary interactive teaching mode stimulate the enthusiasm of journalism students,and the shaping of news values of students in the classroom has a preliminary prototype.Secondly,from the perspective of "practice-theory",it is found that journalism students clearly perceive the requirements of professional media on operation means and the struggle of students'values during operation,it can also be said that it is the collision between students,thinking and workplace thinking,the professional journalism idea in the academic world and the professional journalism idea in the industry.At the same time,in the process of practice,the trend of media development has profoundly affected the thoughts of journalism students.They have seen the breakthrough of mainstream media in the transformation of traditional media and perceived the relationship between local media and commercial capital at present.
