Family is the first school for pre-school children.The cognition and behavior of family education directly affect the healthy growth and development of pre-school children.Family capital is one of the important factors influencing family education cognition and behavior.Many studies have paid more attention to the impact of family capital on children's educational and employment opportunities,lacking of the further elaboration of the relationship between family capital and the educational cognition and behavior.From the perspective of family capital,exploring the cognition and behavior of preschool children's family education is helpful to seek systematic support for the improvement of family education from the macro perspective of urban-rural integration.This study takes social and economic status as index and selects three families with different social and economic status as the research object with purpose.Researchers use the method of participatory observation to enter the families of the case,and do the common activities with the families to obtain the observation datas of daily life and educational behavior.I have wrote Field Notes and analyzed the data to understand the current situation of family education under the background of urban-rural integration and make a horizontal comparison among different families.From the perspective of family capital,the study analyzes the operation and transformation of economic capital,cultural capital and social capital and their impact on family education of different families.Through comparative analysis,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.gran dparents' family capital influences the initial accumulation of parents' family capital,which plays a role of fundation in parents' family education cognition and behavior;2.fa mily educations with different family capital have their own characteristics,and the in vestments of family capital and family education cognition and behavior influence eac h other;3.reasonable integration among family economic capital,cultural capital and social capital can promote the development of family education.According to the rese arch conclusion,the researcher puts forward corresponding suggestions from three as pects:government,society,family and parent themself.
