On February 23,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035" in the ten strategic goals to propose "developing high-quality education with advanced Chinese characteristics and the world's advanced level,fully implementing the fundamental tasks of Li De Shu people,and cultivating patriotism." "Cultivate a team of high-quality teachers,and improve the open,coordinated,and coordinated Chinese-language teacher education system with teacher colleges as the main body,high-level non-teaching colleges,and high-quality primary and secondary schools(kindergartens)as practice bases." The integration of excellent national traditional culture into the modernization of Chinese characteristics is the driving force for Chinese education to the center of the world stage.The integration of excellent national traditional sports culture into Chinese characteristics is the spiritual power of Chinese sports to become a sports power.This study explores the curriculum of the kindergarten martial arts system with tree spirit,health,science,fun and puzzle from the goal of “taking roots” in the preschool education stage.Education modernization injects new vitality and vitality.In recent years,kindergartens are in full swing to carry out special courses,especially for sports activities.Foreign sports programs have become the first choice.Most private kindergartens offer physical education,basketball,football,sports dance,taekwondo and other whole garden courses.The class of interest classes ignores the martial arts sports represented by Chinese outstanding traditional sports.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire method,expert consultation method,experimental method and other research methods to carry out the edification and cultivation of excellent national traditional sports courses with martial arts as the theme of kindergarten small and medium-sized classes in one semester,from physical skills and cognition.The four dimensions of ability,emotional expression,and cultural heritage are used to verify the effectiveness of curriculum practice.Main findings:1.The traditional sports represented by martial arts are integrated with thetraining objectives of the five major areas of children,and the excellent projects representing local sports are selected.The characteristics of sports and the three stages of physical and mental development of children are combined with reference to Preschool Children(3 years old to 6 years old).The guiding principle of the "Sports Guide",initially constructed a martial arts-themed martial arts boxing,Chinese Wulong,three-person dragon,single lion dance,martial arts short-armed,nunchaku,national folk sports games and other kindergartens The implementation plan of excellent national traditional physical education curriculum.2.From the content arrangement of the syllabus and the effect of practical teaching,the traditional martial arts-themed curriculum is divided into four categories:the martial arts,the martial arts story,the traditional equipment,and the folk folk games.The proportion of class hours and the training objectives of different stages have achieved very good expected results.3.Through the martial arts theme traditional culture course in the first semester of kindergarten,the physical fitness of the experimental class has been improved.The data of the Pfeiffer physical instrument is recorded and analyzed by the spss tool.The lower limb strength and coordination ability of the small class has been significantly improved;the upper body strength,speed quality and balance ability of the middle class have improved,and the lower limb strength and coordination ability have been significantly improved;the upper body strength,speed quality,lower limb strength and coordination ability of the freshman class have been improved.Improvement,in which the balance ability is significantly improved;the second-class upper body strength,lower limb strength improved,upper body strength Significantly improved.4.Through the martial arts theme traditional culture course in the first semester of kindergarten,the children of three ages have a good grasp of the skills.From the scores of the coaches,most children in each class can master and independently complete the content..5.Through the martial arts theme traditional culture curriculum in the firstsemester of kindergarten,the children's learning interest and class participation have a good effect.The daily performance of the children's family is polite,helping parents,self-confidence and other aspects of the text have changed significantly.The more popular the middle class and the big class are,the more the parents are satisfied with the daily performance of the children after the study.6.Kindergarten's traditional cultural curriculum with the theme of martial arts is an effective method and way for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.Through the words and deeds of the coaches,the children add the atmosphere of the garden to the performance of the martial arts theme.Through the presentation of children's technology and etiquette,the parents can further understand and accept the martial arts movement;the preschool teachers practice in the first-line curriculum.Collaboration and organization,enhance and enrich their cultural heritage,and open up new ideas for the development of kindergarten education in traditional cultural projects such as martial arts.
