Research On College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship From The Perspective Of Triple Helix Theory

The triple helix theory emphasizes the cooperation among the government,enterprises and universities.The three parties interact to form a spiraling driving force to jointly promote innovation and development.Under the background of " mass entrepreneurship and innovation ",the entrepreneurship and innovation ability of talents is gradually valued by the society.Universities and colleges have also begun to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into classroom and campus activities.College students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities have also become an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship education.College students' innovation and entrepreneurship is not only to encourage college students to start their own businesses,but also to encourage college students to transform their professional knowledge in the process of social practice,so as to improve their ability.Therefore,taking the triple helix theory as the entry point,comprehensively understand the current situation,existing problems and causes of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.And actively explore effective ways to promote college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice.It is of great significance to the cultivation and development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.Firstly,combining the triple helix theory with literature research on college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,the questionnaire survey was conducted among Z university students,we can understand the current situation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.Secondly,through the analysis of the survey results,we found that currently there are six problems in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.The support policies are not perfect,the policy propaganda is not in place,the course emphasizes theory over practice,the teacher structure is unreasonable,the information of practice platform is not smooth,and the environment of practice is not loose.Based on the triple helix theory,the causes of the problem are analyzed.It is found that there are three main reasons: insufficient government guidance;insufficient enterprise assistance;and weak support of colleges and universities.Finally,combined with the social reality and the triple helix theory,the paper puts forward optimization countermeasures for promoting college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.First,the government should give full play to its guiding role,strengthen the implementation of relevant policies and increase financial support for innovation and entrepreneurship.Second,enterprises actively strengthen the role of assistance,enhance corporate service awareness,and improve corporate financing systems.Third,colleges and universities actively enhance the supporting role,strengthen the support of innovation and entrepreneurship system,strengthen the construction of innovative entrepreneurship courses,enrich the team of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers,form a well-structured campus organization,and create a strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship.
