Objective: 200-meter canoe and kayak,as a fast-anaerobic short-distance competition, has a very high demand for athletes' anaerobic sports ability. However,at the present stage,Fujian Canoe and kayak Team mainly aims at improving the aerobic endurance performance of athletes.Obviously, this training method is not targeted enough to improve the performance of 200-meter canoe and kayak competition. In this article research, six Fujian athletes who participated in the 200 m canoeing race of the National Youth Games were given the maximum anaerobic training for four months. Then,we combined with monitoring results of the athletes' blood physiological and biochemical indexes, the effects of the maximum anaerobic training on the athletes' sports ability and performance were observed and analyzed. The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical basis for scientific training for the short distance competition of Fujian Canoe and kayak Team. Methods: The six male 200-metre canoe players who participated in the first National Youth Games were selected as the research objects. The maximal anaerobic training was conducted for 16 weeks before the competition.Based on the monitoring results of hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, creatine kinase and blood lactic acid, the effects of maximal anaerobic training for 16 weeks on their exercise ability and the scientific monitoring of exercise training load during the period were analyzed. Results: 1.The results of difference analysis of blood biochemical indexes in pre-competition stage showed that the hemoglobin content of rowers in the 16 th week was significantly higher than which in the 1st week(P<0.05);although there was no significant difference in the blood urea nitrogen content between in the 16 th week and which in the first week(P>0.05),the blood urea nitrogen content in the 8th week was significantly higher than which in the 7th week(P<0.05),and the blood urea nitrogen in the 12 th week was significantly lower than which in the 11 th week. The serum creatine kinase content of rowers in the 16 th week was significantly higher than which in the 1st week(P<0.05).2.The results of 4×1000m incremental load test showed that the lactate threshold power curve of 6 canoe players on October 6 shifted significantly to the right compared with which on July 13;and the corresponding speed of each player's 4 mmol/L and 7 mmol/L blood lactate acid increased eventually, and the corresponding speed of 6 players' 4 mmol/L and 7 mmol/L blood lactate acid on October 5 was significantly higher than which on July 13(P<0.05).3.The results of the 200-meter test showed that the scores of 6 Rowers on September 21 were significantly improved than those on June 29(P<0.05).Conclusions: The 16-week maximal anaerobic training significantly increased the hemoglobin concentration of six 200-meter canoe players, thereby improving their aerobic exercise ability;the 16-week maximal anaerobic training made the lactate threshold power curve of six 200-meter canoe players move significantly to the right, and the corresponding speed of 4 mmol/L and 7 mmol/L blood lactic acid increased significantly, the aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability of players was improved; The whole serum creatine kinase increased significantly, but the whole hemoglobin and blood urea nitrogen were within the normal range. Therefore, the 16-week pre-competition maximum anaerobic training load was reasonable and the athletes' body function was normal.Sixteen weeks of pre-competition anaerobic training significantly improved the performance of six 200-meter rowers.
