Practical Research On Case Work Intervention In Life Care Of Old Persons Living Alone In City

Nowadays,economic development and the change of population distribution make it necessary for the current society to face up to the social problem of aging.The primary solution for the future society is "getting old before getting rich".This phenomenon not only causes the inevitable pressure of economic development,but also solves the social results brought by it.To resolve the contradiction between the rapidly growing elderly population and the backward old efficiency.Among these old people,there is one group that needs people's attention especially,that is the elderly living alone.The development of social family model,gradually under the influence of "421" family model,makes the number of urban small families increase day by day.The proportion of labor force available in the family is gradually reduced,which has an impact on the traditional view of the family in the past.The traditional family pension model has been impacted by the modern concept,and the contradictions are increasing day by day.In China,only by improving the level and professionalism of the elderly care industry,can the needs of the elderly for life care services be met,so as to seek a new mode of elderly care.In recent years,"home-based care" has gradually become the subject of the new development of China's elderly care services.In this context,combined with the professional approach to social work,it is beneficial for the professional development of old-age care services to provide optimal service for the elderly living alone.In this paper,based on the professional theory of social work,the author intervened in the elderly living alone among the urban elderly and focused on their life care.Through actual visits and the collection and collation of literature materials,the subject is selected as the research object.Develop client needs and plans to help client solve problems.In the implementation stage of the plan,resources are sought for the client through every intervention to find an effective solution to the dilemma.At the conclusion of the case,evaluate the change of case owner.Through the role of social workers as resource linkers,after the intervention of social workers,link resources for the case,in order to solve the old people's life care difficulties.The client got improvement on quality of life,make its more easy enjoy old age peacefully.Hope to provide reference value for future research.
