Compulsory Education plays an important role in education system in our country,which is the basic of the national education,also is the core of the basic education.At present,nine-year compulsory education has been made universal,and citizen's educated right has been guaranteed,but there are still some problems.One of them is unbalanced development of compulsory education.Between urban and rural areas,towns,districts and schools,there are huge differences in facilities,management and teachers.Balanced allocation education resource is the key to reducing the education gaps and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.In all education resources,faculty is the key factor to improving the quality and level of education.Therefore,balanced allocation of teachers is the guarantee to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and realize educational equity.This article gives an empirical analysis of the allocation of teachers,investigating the teachers of compulsory education in Wujin District by interview survey and comparative study,including Studying on teachers in different aspects such as quantity,quality,construction and so on,cross checking the compulsory education between urban and rural areas,districts,schools,stage of learning,comparatively analyzing teacher's gender,education,age,discipline,professional title,professional reputation.Finally,those problems in the allocation of faculty of compulsory education in Wujin District are founded.Aiming at above problems,by analyzing the effect of current policy,the allocation of teachers and the quality of local education,influence factors are thought to be different levels of economic development,lack of facilities,unreasonable arrangement of schools and some long-existing issues.Based on these research and analysis,four solutions are put forward to solve these problems,including making use of the available teacher resources,decomposing the responsibility to make scientific plans for the future of education,obeying the law of education accurately to make good learning environment and so on.
