The Exploration Of Perfection Path On Sports Injury Insurance Of Primary And Middle School Students In China

China's primary and middle school students' insurance started relatively late compared with foreign countries.At present,they are still in the initial stage.There are many shortcomings such as high rate,few types of insurance,imperfect compensation clauses,unbalanced market supply and demand,and weak national insurance awareness.This not only makes the student insurance system fail to transfer risks in the face of sports,but also the rights of the school,parents and even physical education teachers are not protected in the accident,how to deal with and transfer school sports risks,and ease schools and parents.Concerns,ensuring the smooth development of primary and secondary school students'sports activities has become an urgent problem to be solved in the insurance field of primary and secondary school students.This research uses literature review method,expert interview method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,based on the development of the insurance system of primary and middle school students and existing problems,looking for a perfect path for sports injury insurance for primary and middle school students,in the process to the national province(City)experts from the Ministry of Education,experts from insurance companies,principals of primary and middle schools,physical education teachers,parents,etc.conducted interviews.Through the analysis of the interview content and the analysis of the case,and the study and reference of the advantages of foreign students' sports insurance,the following conclusions are obtained:School sports injuries in China have occurred from time to time,and there is a trend of rising year after year.Whether students can get good treatment and obtain necessary living security after sports injuries is the key to risk transfer.The effectiveness of primary and secondary school students' insurance is an important part of accident handling.As one of the effective ways of risk transfer,insurance has not received due attention in primary and secondary schools.Teachers and parents have low visibility and sensitivity to insurance.This is related to the development track of student insurance in China.The student insurance industry has experienced initial attempts,development hindrance,stable recovery,and rapid development.It can be said that a complete system has been formed,but it is at an initial stage compared with developed countries such as the Uni ted States and Japan.China's student insurance needs to be improved in terms of insurance design,market development,and improvement of legislation.In order to ensure the smooth developlent of sports activities for primary and secondary school students and reduce the worries of schools and parents,it is urgent to establish a sports risk response system in line with national conditions.Taking into account the particularity of student sports,in the process of finding a perfect path,we need to listen to the advice of stakeholders and experts in the student insurance system.In the system,the nature of insurance,sources of funds,coverage,and other aspects are discussed.Combined with the experience and practices of American and Japanese students' sports insurance,a new path suitable for the improvement of China's student insurance mechanism is proposed.The external environment of the insurance mechanism must also be standardized.The government's leadership and the improvement of laws and regulations are indispensable.The cooperation between schools and social forces is also the only way to improve the insurance mechanism.
