At the same time of enlarging the enrollment of secondary vocational schools,the quality of students is uneven,and the proportion of "problem students" is higher than that of ordinary high school students.Secondary vocational students,compared with senior high school students,have poor cultural courses,or poor living and learning habits.Among them,"problem students" not only have poor grades,but also have weak self-discipline,which makes it easy for those students with low immunity to infect each other,forming a bad campus atmosphere.It makes the "problematic students" in secondary vocational schools have defects in moral education,moral guidance,moral regulation and moral measurement.and even more serious behavior.If these problems are not solved in time,it will have a lot of negative impact on the "problem students" personal life path,and at the same time,it will have a negative impact on the smooth development of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The survey shows that the secondary vocational school students are more socialized than the general high school campus atmosphere,in which the "problem students" are more difficult to discipline.Although the reasons for the emergence of "problematic students" vary,secondary vocational schools shoulder the social responsibility of cultivating skilled and compound front-line blue collars,and must pay attention to the cultivation of students' good moral character.We should firmly grasp the objective law of the formation of students' ideology,morality and quality in secondary vocational schools,make use of Matthew's effect,reasonably avoid problems,and guide them correctly,so as to lay a solid spiritual foundation for shaping excellent skilled talents.Therefore,the reasonable evasion of Matthew effect of "problematic students" in secondary vocational schools is an important issue to be explored and solved urgently by educators to help them correct their bad behavior.Students at this age are in adolescence,rebellious psychology is serious,in the life of the most critical turning point,we must master the steering wheel of life;This kind of students will pass through this transitional period smoothly and will become talents in all sectors of society.
