The current era is undergoing profound changes under the bandwagon of the Internet.In the sports media industry,due to the explosion of sports demand and the relaxation of policy restrictions,it is also undergoing great changes: traditional TV sports media have gradually lost their advantages under the impact of the Internet,and the Internet sports media have gradually taken the initiative in the fierce market competition and become the focus of the development of sports media in the future.In the competition of the Internet sports media,the copyright of sports competition has become the core resource of the competition of Internet sports media due to its scarcity and great commercial value,and the price of copyright is also rising.In contrast to the copyright purchase craze of sports events,the Internet sports media have suffered a lot of difficulties in the operation.Due to the lack of operating experience in the copyright stage of the cheap sports competition,the Internet sports media in the era of high price copyright have been in trouble,and the profit has become a difficult problem,and the loss has become the normal situation.Therefore,how to construct the business model around the copyright of sports events becomes one of the urgent problems in the Internet sports media.In this paper,based on the theory of induction,based on the concept and cognition of elements of the business model,and refine the core issue of business model,business model is the overall system includes a series of factors,the business model is based on the resource value enhancement and take advantage partners,to provide users with value,so as to realize the value creation process of steady profits.The writing process of this paper is based on this theory.Through the media to Internet sports concept and the development of cognitive,according to the content of this study provide perspective the development of the Internet sports media can be divided into: graphic information provided stage,stage of event video broadcast and media operation stage,all in all the media operation stages,sports media face value proposition positioning complex,copyright prices artificially high,operating model isnot mature,profitable become a difficult problem.In this context,it is imperative to change the business model in terms of its own predicament,technological evolution,market innovation and value chain change.Based on the current on the business model change is in the lead of the Internet sports media "Tencent NBA" as a typical case,model based on nine Osterwalder business model elements,to tencent NBA business model product interface,customer interface,infrastructure and financial,we deeply analyzed the concrete practice of the interface.Analysis found that: Tencent NBA business model to follow "value proposition-production-value-value" of the business logic,its advantage lies in the value of user-centered product design positioning and channel construction,by providing high quality user experience to diversify revenue streams.It boils down to this study "based on the user experience of community business model",think that business model to construct user community must put in primacy,and provide a good user experience is the key to the Internet sports media business model,in the Internet in sports media business model construction,the user experience should be throughout the entire process,value innovation,value passed to the user experience as the guide.It also found that Tencent's NBA business model is still lacking.From the inside,Tencent's NBA business model spends too much on the copyright of the competition,and lacks the control ability to realize the risk of continuous and stable operation.The copyright is too high and the cost control is difficult;Copyright value development is not complete.From the perspective of external threats,the rapid development of Internet sports media has caused fierce competition in the market.Users' attention has become a scarce resource,and diversified competition viewing choices may cause user loss.At the same time,the copyright law in the current sports media market is insufficient,and the proliferation of Copyrights is seriously impeding the innovation of business model.On typical cases "Tencent NBA" experience and deficiency of business model innovation,this paper puts forward to the future of the Internet sports media business model to construct enlightenment and prospect: innovation is the soul of business model,the Internet sports media should grasp the dynamic environment on the basisof realizing innovation,in order to occupy the dominant position in the fierce market competition.The user is the core of the Internet sports media business model.The business model construction should provide insight into user needs,create value creation based on user demand,and optimize user experience.Internet sports media constructs multivariate profit system,users pay will become the future of the Internet sports media is the most important source of income,should be with high quality user experience training users paying consciousness and paying habits;Extend the copyright development of sports events,speed up the construction of private event IP,reduce the degree of dependence on the copyright of sports competition,and establish the media influence;Strengthen the awareness of copyright protection and ensure the innovation of the Internet sports media business model.
