An Intervention To The Improvement Of Family Relationship Of Femal Addicts With Narrative Therapy In Forced Isolation Relab

The phenomenon of femal drug-abuse is more prominent in our country and the femal growth rate of drug group is more than men.Due to the social characteristics,femal drug-abuse does bigger harm to the family and society.Short and difficult to quit addiction time,we should attach great importance to the famal drug group.Women take more reliance on family and collective than men.Family not only effects drug use behavior,but also provides crticial support for addiction to return to the society.The drug users of H enforced isolation rehab generally come form broken function families and have the demand of improving family relationships.Different from the “rigid” management of enforced isolation rehab,rehabilitation social work pay more attention to “flexibility” care,so rehabilitation social work should focus on the need of drug addicts.Because of the closed properties of enforced isolation rehab,this paper use the family narrative therapy to intervene in family relationships.Based on the family narrative therapy model as the theoretical guidance,the family relationships existing negative narrative as represented case,this paper meet the primary needs of improving family relationships and the long-term needs of drug withdrawal throngh practice intervention.Using the narrative therapy intervenes the family relations cognition with deconstruction,construction and consolidate four stages,this paper minting the unique results of building positive relationships and getting parent's care.Implementation of cognitive change in family relations drives the behaviors change and drug withdrwl at the same time,which contributes to get practical support of family and return to society.Based on the paactical intervention and evaluation of famliy narrative therapy,this paper gets the following conclusions:the requirement of the case was met and the case goal was basically reached;The improvement of family relations had certain positive effcets on drug withdrawal from drug addicts;Family narrative therapy applied to the improvement of family relations in the enforced isolation rehab.The limitations also was recognized,the intervention targets only the drug addicts itself as well as the improvement in relations between family and the withdrawak of the drug after a good sign in the effect to be follow-up.Finally,the limitations and generality of the family narrative narrative therapy was discussed,including the applyment to improving the disadvantages of research and promotion of family relations,and put forward family narrative therapy should be combined with other family therapy model of social work intervention.
