Higher vocational colleges have some gap with the universities in terms of teachers,school resources and students' cultural quality.But the occupation education in Higher Vocational Colleges to provide students close to the society and the employment of proficiency in a particular line.X Institute is a comprehensive specialized college with the main characteristics of construction machinery,business and light textile.The school-based resource construction is the inevitable trend of occupation education in higher vocational colleges.Through the Internet resource sharing technology,we can share the excellent courses of the system in the whole school.At present,there are a series of problems in resource library construction in higher vocational colleges,the lack of leadership plan resource construction systematically;the specific implementation staff did not have a macro perspective to cope with human resources,executive power is not high;performance evaluation,personnel training,incentive system is not perfect,team members work enthusiasm is not high.Therefore,the construction of school-based resource database needs systematic management through the theory and method of modern project management.This paper focuses on the current situation of the construction of the college X database,combined with the present situation of the construction of human resources in the construction of the resource base theory and method of human resource management in the project management applied to school-based resource construction of human resources management system,to find out problems,the use of project management methods in human resource planning and design,according to the proposed the repository project for human resource management method,performance appraisal,team incentive suggestions,improve the theoretical system of project human resource management,and the school of project human resource management to the practice of modern project management by adding,for other non engineering project management and enterprise project management has certain guiding significance.
