A Study Of The Intervention Of Social Work In The Problem Of Campus Network Loan For College Students

Campus network loan,a newly generated and developed phenomenon along with the development of Internet,met the active consumer demands for college students who are not allowed to use credit cards.Thus,it gains great popularity among college students.However,college students are still immature in terms of psychology;they tend to compare with each other unrealistically because of vanity.With the generation and rapid development of network loan,relevant regulations and legal supervision are still need to be further legislated for problems as the discloser of borrower's personal information,the unsound risk prevention system,illegal ways of urging repayment,which leads to great harm for college students mentally and physically when using network loan.Furthermore,it also results in the inharmonious relationship among the students,their families and their teachers,the disturbed teaching order of colleges and even the unsteadiness of the whole society.However,traditional ways of students' management are far from effective and helpful,and only by adopting professional social work theories and methods and the intervention of social work can such problems be solved effectively.This thesis takes school A from Inner Mongolia as a case,making a comprehension survey of students using network loan and getting to know the predicament that these college students are in.Through case study and the intervention of community activities of college students,this paper tries to suggest some effective countermeasures from the perspective of social work.And based on these previous studies,it proposed some strategies to solve the problem,recommending that the problem should be solved from the level of school,family and society,and should be treated rationally by college students so as to keep students away from its harm.This thesis mainly falls into 5 parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of selecting such a topic,the theoretical base and methodology and makes a summary of those previous relevant studies home and abroad and presents some related concept.Chapter one gives a brief introduction of school A and the current situation of students using network loan.Based on the reasons for college students using network loan,the features and the harm of network loan,chapter two analyzes the necessity and feasibility of intervention of social work in the problem from the perspective of the function and strengthens of social work.Chapter three introduces the case study and the intervention of social work in the network loan in school A and gives a reflection and summary.And the last part suggests some countermeasures to solve and prevent these problems caused bynetwork loan,advising that only with the effects from family,school and society can such problems be solved effectively.
