For centuries,education is the foundation.Education is an important means for the state to increase and cultivate talents.The Rural Teacher Support Program(2015-2020)clearly stated that it is necessary to “work hard to create a contingent of teachers who are of high quality,willing to dedicate and take root in the countryside,and provide strong teacher protection for basic education modernization.” Rural teachers are rural teachers.The first person to work,the quality of their teaching directly affects the quality of rural education,and rural teachers as an outstanding representative of rural teachers,play a crucial role in improving the quality of rural education.Due to the development gap between urban and rural areas,the number of famous teachers in rural schools has not been sufficient to meet the needs of rural education.Therefore,emergency needs to solve the problem of training rural teachers.This article starts from the training path for famous teachers in rural schools in Guizhou,studies the problems related to training paths,uses literature research methods,investigation methods,and statistical analysis methods.Based on the discovery and analysis of the problems related to the training path of famous teachers in rural schools in the broadcast schools,Guizhou Rural Village is proposed.Teaching teacher training path problems,design ideas and optimization of countermeasures.The full text includes five parts: The first part introduces the research questions and content,clarifies the research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,defines the core concepts,research methods and ideas,expounds research and design ideas,and interprets relevant policies.The second part discusses the main problems found in the investigation of rural teachers' training path in the broadcast state.These problems include: teachers' self-development planning and professional love are not enough in the self-development path;the number of rural teachers in the team training path is small,and the training method is simple;The selection and evaluation system for the training of famous teachers in rural schools in the path of school education is not perfect;policy enforcement and supervision in the path of policy is not strict andthe design of policies is not reasonable.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of teaching teachers in rural schools in Guizhou.The problem lies in: the lack of professional development planning and practice of teachers in rural areas,the lack of team capacity and the ability to mobilize radiation,the selection and evaluation of schools,the incomplete management system,and the lack of scientific and rational development of relevant training policies.The reasons for this are personal subjective factors,external environmental factors,and internal critical factors.The fourth part is the train of thought of the training path,and elaborates the theoretical design ideas of the training path from the goal design,pattern design and measure guarantee design.The fifth part investigates and analyzes the strategies and suggestions for the optimization of the teaching path for teachers in rural schools in Guizhou,and gives corresponding optimization suggestions from the self-development path,team training path,school training path,and policy traction path,in order to achieve effective training of rural teaching teachers.To promote the development of rural education.
