As an important part of teachers ' accomplishment,critical teaching thinking plays an important role in improving teachers ' thinking level and improving teaching quality.Many foreign scholars in the early time on the critical thinking of the study,and the critical thinking tendencies and critical thinking skills of the measurement,the study of teaching thinking is mostly a case study.However,there are few quantitative studies on thinking in China,most of which are in the qualitative description stage.It is very important to develop the critical teaching thinking measuring tool for senior physics teachers in order to make the teachers ' thinking improve and make up for the blank of the qualitative research in critical teaching thinking field.This paper analyzes the current situation of critical teaching thinking at home and abroad by using the literature method,to clarify the thinking of the research problems,and to explore the relevant theory,on the basis of this,constructs the high school physics teacher critical Teaching Thinking Evaluation index system,and according to the evaluation index to develop the high school physics teacher critical teaching thinking to measure the tool;Then,using the questionnaire survey method,the paper investigates the current situation of critical teaching thinking level of senior physics teachers by using the developed measuring tools.The contents of the survey mainly include the teachers ' critical teaching thinking in teaching plan,the critical teaching thinking in the course of teaching activities,and the critical teaching thinking of teachers in the process of teaching reflection in three aspects.The results show that: the developed critical teaching thinking measurement tools have good reliability and validity;critical teaching thinking is beneficial to teachers ' individualized cultivation;Knowledge single is the important reason for teachers ' critical teaching thinking level is not high;the measurement of teachers ' critical teaching thinking is helpful to teachers ' professional development;There are differences in the critical teaching thinking level of senior high school physics teachers in different professional development stages.Based on the findings,this paper proposes the following suggestions for the improvement of the critical teaching thinking level of senior physics teachers: To promote teachers ' knowledge pluralism and to promote teachers ' critical teaching thinking level;According to the characteristics of teachers ' development,different strategies are adopted to promote critical teaching thinking level,and to increase the proportion of critical teaching in teaching evaluation,Strengthening teachers ' critical teaching consciousness,digging into the microscopic structure of critical teaching thinking and providing a solid theoretical basis for tool development.
