Basketball has a broad mass base of colleges and universities in our country,is loved by students.CUBA(Chinese university basketball league)the birth and development but also promoted the popularity of basketball sports in colleges and universities in our country,the basketball high level sports teams in colleges and universities is an important cradle of was born in China and to develop basketball talent,in human province is located in the south of China,to a competitive level of basketball high level sports teams in common colleges and universities in human province to the sustainable development and progress,and the management present situation and countermeasure research has become very realistic.This study in province ordinary university high level basketball team management status quo as the research object.7 colleges and universities in human province basketball high level sports team for investigation.Integrated use of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods to understand the province ordinary university high level basketball team management status quo,in-depth analysis of the success of the province ordinary university high level basketball team management experience and the restriction factor,and put forward feasible countermeasures on the basis of this,aimed at improving the province ordinary university high level basketball team management level,to contribute to the development of basketball in China.The results are as follows:(1)1.A single regulatory model.The management system of high level basketball teams in Hunan universities needs to be improved,the model of building teams is single,the university leadership does not pay enough attention to understand the goals of teams there is some deviation;2.The comprehensive capacity of trainers is limited.Most of the coaches in Hunan universities are teachers in school.They can not train and guide the sports teams as best as they can,the whole level of coaches needs to be improved,the scientific research ability is not enough,the reward system for coaches is not clear or can not improve the enthusiasm of coaches,and there is no effective supervision system for evaluation.The overall quality of athletes is uneven.It is difficult to find the source of high quality athletes and the overall grade is low.4.A single source of funding.Hunan colleges and universities have a single source of funds for high-level sports teams,and the subsidies of coaches and athletes are low.Some of them do not meet the National standards,which limits their enthusiasm for the development of competition activities and training.Suggestions: 1 university leaders should pay more attention to the high level basketball team,change their minds,define development goals,have unified ideas and goals from coaches to education departments at all levels,establish perfect management system,admission system,reward and punishment system,training system;2 Strengthen the college coaches team construction,perfect the appointment system,implement the coach responsibility system,perfect the coach recruitment,training,promotion mechanism;The universities in Hunan province can establish cooperation with traditional basketball sports schools,develop together,and eliminate the worries of high-level athletes.4 Institutions of higher learning set up a coaching group,under the guidance of the group,to set up a reasonable training mechanism,reward mechanism,advocate the scientific training,grasp the training intensity and training quantity accurately,establish a scientific competition mechanism,let the sports teams always keep active training,in addition to participation in the University,CUBA,provincial games,and other events,to actively promote exchanges and cooperation with provincial and equivalent institutions;5.Strengthen the marketing of basketball teams in universities,absorb more social funds,purchase advanced training equipment and equipment,and provide coaches and athletes with reasonable incentive bonuses and training allowances.Different colleges and universities can share and use the necessary resources rationally.
