Inclusive preschool education is an important trend in the integration of preschool education and special education. It is also an inevitable problem for preschool teachers when facing kindergarten education.Preschool teachers cannot meet the special needs of children in kindergarten classes depend on their own professional competence merely,so they want to seek external support to better promote the development of inclusive preschool education. The study on the external needs for preschool teachers in inclusive preschool education can inject new impetus into the professional development of preschool teachers, and it is also important for improving the quality of special children's inclusive education, meeting the special children's adaptability to the environment and special needs.Meanwhile,it can also provide theoretical support for promoting "study with the park" work in China better and faster. This paper conducts research work in the form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the needs of preschool teachers in the integrated education environment for external support. It also analyzes the effective support strategies and deficiencies for preschool teachers who wish to receive integrated education. This study uses the form of self-made questionnaires "The Research on Preschool Teachers,External Support Requirement of Inclusive Education".Taking 350 preschool teachers in Wuhan as the survey subjects, the survey results were processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA.The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity, which meet the measurement requirements of psychology and can be used as a survey tool. The author divides the external support required by preschool teachers into three aspects:assessment support, teaching support, and administrative support.Based on the survey results, the following conclusions can be drawn:First, the preschool teachers' need for inclusive preschool education in Wuhan city is very high.Second, the survey results show that the preschool teachers' external support needs for integration preschool education are ranked according to the average number as teaching support needs, administrative support needs, and assessment support needs.Third, there are significant differences in the external support needs of integration preschool education for teachers in the "attributes of the preschool","the grade of preschool","professional background","the highest education" and "teaching age".Therefore, this study suggests that the external support provided to preschool teachers in the inclusive education should be systematic and complete. That is to establish an external support system integrating assessment support, teaching support and administrative support. In this way,we can inject new impetus into the professional development of preschool teachers more comprehensively and systematically. At the same time,we can gradually improve the quality of special children's inclusive education, meet the special needs children's adaptability to the fusion environment, and meet the external support for kindergarten teachers in inclusive education.
