Parent-child interaction is an important social activity in children's early life,It is of great significance to the healthy growth of young children.Rapid development of science and technology,the new electronic media represented by computers,smart phones and Pad are highly popular in contemporary families,has had some different effects on the parent-child interaction in the family of young children,enriching the parents and children to interact with the exchange of ways and content.What impact will the use of electronic media in children's home have on parent-child interaction,there is no in-depth study on it in the current research.The author hopes to take this as a starting point,find out the relationship between the use of electronic media in children's homes and the quality of parent-child interaction,put forward constructive suggestions for parents and children to rationalize the use of electronic media,to promote parent-child interaction and promote the healthy and all-round development of children.In this study,935 families were randomly selected from four cities and towns in Henan Province,using questionnaires and interviews,data collection was made on the use of electronic media and the quality of parent-child interaction,and through statistical methods,to explore the influence of the use of electronic media in children's families on the quality of parent-child interaction,draw the following conclusions:1.The use of electronic media has become a trend of younger age,but the degree of use of electronic media in children is good.Parents are more dependent on electronic media at home.Parents' educational level and family economic level have significant influence on the use of electronic media.The sex and age of infants had no significant effect on their electronic media use.2.The quality of parent-child interaction in children's families is not ideal.Children's gender,age and parents' educational level have significant effects on the quality of parent-child interaction.3.There was a significant positive correlation between the degree of using electronic media and the quality of parent-child interaction,and it has a significant positive predictive effect on parent-child interaction quality.The higher the degree of using electronic media,the better the quality of parent-child interaction.That is,the use of electronic media in children can improve the quality of parent-child interaction.In particular,interpersonal health and emotional experience have a significant impact on the quality of parent-child interaction.4.The frequency and duration of parents' use of electronic media have a significant impact on the quality of parent-child interaction,especially in response,interaction and intimacy.The more frequently parents use electronic media,the longer they use it every day,the worse their responsiveness,interaction and intimacy will be,and the lower the quality of parent-child interaction will be.The length of time parents spend with their children using electronic media has a significant impact on the guidance of parent-child interaction,the interpersonal health and emotional experience of children using electronic media.The longer the company,the higher the guidance.The better children's interpersonal health and emotional experience,the better the quality of parent-child interaction.According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward three educational suggestions for parents of children.First of all,parents should attach importance to parent-child interaction,pay attention to the impact of electronic media on the quality of parent-child interaction,and build a harmonious parent-child interaction.Secondly,strengthen the guidance and management of infant electronic media use,children-oriented,high-quality companion to provide use.Finally,parents should set an example to improve their own media literacy and create a good media ecological environment for young children.
