A Study On Educational Aid In Universities And Colleges From The Perspective Of Educational Fairness

President Xi Jinping pointed out that "it is necessary for children from poor families to receive a fair and quality education." In the party's 19 th CPC National Congress report,it was pointed out that "in the course of development,we should make up for the shortcomings of the people's livelihood,promote social equity and justice,and carry out in-depth efforts to combat poverty." At present,the new situation,new tasks,new requirements,changes in concepts,innovative ways to promote education reform and the national strategy for overcoming poverty,integrate aid and education organically,focus on precision financial assistance and subsidize and educate people,and take talent training as the core.We will continue to optimize the work of funding and educating people in colleges and universities.Therefore,from the perspective of education equity,we should promote the research of educational aid in colleges and universities,from using education to help poverty to education out of poverty,from helping to finish education to blocking the transmission of poverty between generations,improving the level of financial assistance,perfecting the education system,and deepening the financial aid for educating people in colleges and universities.It is particularly urgent.Education equity is the inherent premise of educational aid and education is the proper meaning of promoting education equity.With Marxist view of fairness and justice,Rawls as a fair justice as the theoretical basis.On the basis of empirical investigation,it is fully affirmed that financial aid to educate people to adhere to the moral value guidance,the connotation of education to pursue the ideal realm of truth,goodness and beauty,the system and norms tend to legalize and the unity of human culture,and the organization team tends to be scientific.However,there are some problems such as moral hazard caused by unfairness,"spiritual poverty" among some poor students,alienation phenomenon of subsidizing and educating people,and "short board" of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Among them,the identification mechanism "formulaic" of poor students,the emphasis on "blood transfusion" and "light" hematopoiesis in the financial aid work,and the failure to follow up the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are the important factors restricting and influencing the development of financial aid education.The subjective factors of poor students themselves are the most important factors.This paper discusses the main countermeasures to solve the problem from four aspects: the concept of subsidization,the guarantee of subsidy policy,the equity of subsidy mode,and the fairness of subsidy effect,so as to promote education fairness,seek truth,be good,and perfect beauty.The subject and object of ideological and political education are both human beings.It is the fundamental ideal pursuit to promote education fairness to maximize the value of education while giving full play to the function of financial aid in colleges and universities.Strengthen the humanistic care and psychological guidance to poor students,cultivate the scientific spirit,moral character,practical ability and humanistic accomplishment of the aided students.To realize the transformation from blood transfusion to hematopoiesis,and finally to grow into talents.
