Since reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the marketing economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the number of rural migrant workers entering cities has risen sharply.By taking their children to their side and enjoying a better life and education,the emergence of a new group of "floating children" has been born.This article is based on the study of the urban living integration project for floating children of the Z organization in Shenzhen City,and the BG community floating children as the research object.Through the previous questionnaire survey,we collected the low urban identity of the study participants in the urban life integration process.The problems of weak group relationships,weak learning abilities,and poor psychological adaptability,face to the needs of research subjects in self-recognition,interpersonal communication,all-round development,emotion,respect,etc.Using social ecosystem theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,as well as the theory of energizing energy,it explores the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention to solve the problems faced by floating children in urban life integration.According to the collected information,the basic social work methods such as group work and community work were used to design the intervention program for social work services in the project implementation process,which has achieved enhanced urban identity and sense of belonging for floating children,improved the mental mobility of floating children and learning adaptation,ability to improve the effectiveness of floating children's peer group relationships.It not only effectively solved the various difficulties encountered by floating children in the integration of urban life,but also promoted the healthy development of floating children.The final conclusion is that the involvement of social work has positive effects and broad prospects for promoting the integration of floating children's urban life.
