"Teacher" in traditional Chinese society is not only the initiator of knowledge, but also is an embodiment of "tao".However, after the reform and opening up,especially since 1990 s,the situation of rural teachers is not as good as before.Rural primary school teachers in poor areas are more vulnerable groups in rural teachers, and are vulnerable to job burnout.Through data analysis, the author finds that 90% of the teachers in rural primary schools are local residents, and the urban household accounts are nearly 75%.The phenomenon of "urban people" teaching "rural people" is obvious. In terms of job burnout, teachers in villages and teaching areas are more likely to have job burnout than teachers in townships and towns. The male teacher's burnout score is higher than the female teacher, and it's clear in the lower sense of achievement;Teachers who have been teaching for more than 20 years are more likely to have job burnout, and teachers who have been teaching for 21 to 30 years are more likely to be bored.Entry-level teachers are more likely to generate professional burnout;Low-income teachers are more likely to experience burnout than upper-income teachers.Through further research,it is found that job burnout is the most obvious in the three occupational burnout dimensions:emotional exhaustion, high sense of alienation and low achievement, and there is a strong correlation between the sense of accomplishment and alienation. The job burnout is more deeply rooted in the sense of alienation, and the high sense of alienation can easily cause the social mobility and role failure. As for social mobility, the proportion of "hope change teachers" is more than double the proportion of "hope change schools",so the loss of rural teachers is more serious. The city which is closer to home is the main mobile site of rural teachers;46.2% of rural teachers want to change careers to government institutions, indicating that the civil servants are a profession that nearly half the rural teachers aspire to.For the reasons of job burnout, firstly, the author conducted data analysis, and then summarized from the micro and macro level. The author believes that the urban-rural structure is the institutional root of the job burnout and results four macro reasons are: social reputation and social status decline, aggravated rural left-behind phenomenon, lack of resources and difficulties in upward mobility.Micro-level reasons mainly include other work involved, workload, etc. At last, the author puts forward the intervention measures of social work from micro, middle and macro level.the microcosmic level is to improve the teacher's ability to adapt, improve his job satisfaction, etc;at the middle level, there are public welfare organizations to provide relevant support, rural schools to introduce residential social workers, etc;the macro level includes improving the social security system of rural teachers, optimizing the professional title evaluation system and so on.
