"Beijing Winter Olympic preparation period" has started immediately as soon as China wined the bid for hosting 2022 Winter Olympics.The international spread about the Beijing Winter Olympic Game has begun in the meantime.The Olympic 2020 Agenda acts as a new reforming blueprint of the International Olympic Committee and new cosmopolitanism as a new field of vision of present Chinese international spread has had a profound impact on the international publicity of the Beijing Winter Olympic Game.This study makes up for a gap of Olympic media study in the new situation.Under the premise that China's major media has clearly defined its role as the Beijing Olympic media,the international spread of Beijing Winter Olympic media would base on the Olympic 2020 Agenda and the new cosmopolitanism,and under the guidance of a new communication idea which was integrated by the Olympic communication ideas from the perspective of the Olympic 2020 Agenda and the idea of Beijing Winter Olympic communication from the perspective of the new cosmopolitanism.The goal of the Beijing Olympic media is to promote the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and shaping a positive national image of China.The content analysis of the original program of the Olympic channel and the official website of the Beijing Organising Committee for 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Game implicates the application of the ideas of Beijing Winter Olympics media coverage in practice.As a typical Olympic media,the “Olympic Channel” shows a good example for other Beijing Winter Olympics media.The conclusion of this research is: it is better for Chinese media to strengthen their role awareness as the Beijing Winter Olympics media;Build a positive image for Chinese athletes,sustainable development of the Beijing Olympic legacies and ecological environment,promote the Olympic idea through education and participation,rich forms and vivid contents by new media as the four key aspects of Beijing Winter Olympics media idea;and there is still room for improvement in the application of spreading the concept of Beijing Winter Olympics media.
