Extreme sports cross-border and cross-term selection is our country in the face of the harsh challenges of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in our current situation of extreme sports development based on the new material selection activities,in order to bend straight,with the shortest possible time to train a group of world-class Excellent athletes in the Olympic Games achieved good results,but the current cross-border and cross-term selection research is still extremely scarce.Based on the implementation of cross-border and cross-term selection in extreme sports,this study analyzes and studies the costs and benefits of cross-border and cross-term selection of extreme sports from the perspective of economic benefits through expert interviews,mathematical analysis and case studies.Combining the theory of group training,the cost-benefit analysis and other related theories and the domestic and foreign actual cases,this paper puts forward the assumptions on the age and cost-benefit of the athletes' selection of materials,constructs the cost-benefit analysis framework,identifies the existing problems according to the specific implementation,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The study found that at this stage extreme sports cross-border and cross-term selection can be analyzed from the aspects of direct costs,direct benefits,indirect costs and indirect benefits.The direct costs are mainly the economic expenditures for material selection,which are mainly distributed in the promotion of material selection And enrollment stage,the initial selection stage and training retest stage;the direct benefits for the selection of elite athletes,the verification takes a long time,so in assessing the part of the proceeds to the formation of the training team to assess the basis.The indirect costs at this stage are mainly the construction expenditures of extreme sports parks and venues.The incomes are initially estimated using the multiplier theory without further study.Due to the relatively hasty development of cross-border and cross-term selection of extreme sports and the current reform of the sports system,there are frequent changes in the timing of the project during the implementation phase of the project.At this stage,the responsibility subject and the implementation subject are not clear,the athlete support system is imperfect,Lack of related professionals,and significant differences among provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.The main body of project implementation should take the overall assessment of the project implementation status and existing problems and take appropriate measures to improve the cross-border and cross-term selection process control of extreme sports to ensure the smooth selection of materials to ensure the quality of the selected athletes;at the same time,from reducing costs From the perspective of profitability,we take measures to optimize selection criteria,train professionals,establish database and host IP events to improve profitability.
