Study On Risk Management Of Zheng's International Marathon

According to the relevant information,in 2017,the marathon and related events(more than 800 people)were held in 1102 games all over the country.The number of participants was 4 million 980 thousand,up 78% from 2 million 800 thousand in2016.Covering 234 cities in 31 provinces,districts and municipalities,the scale and influence of the marathon race are expanding.Zheng kai International Marathon as a gold medals competition,and is located in the favorable location of the Central Plains,is loved by many runners.Zhengkai marathon was founded in 2007.5600 athletes participated in the competition.In the past ten years,there were fifty-two thousand people in 33 countries and regions in 2017.If not because of the registration conditions and the limit of the signing rate,the number of participants in 2017 could be able to break through fifty-five thousand people.With the increasing number of participants and large scale,as the only major international event in Henan,the influence of the competition at home and abroad has been improved,and it has become a platform for the interpretation of the concept of sports life.It has become a card of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng two cities,and the clothing,food,housing,travel,travel and purchase of the two cities have been greatly improved.With the increasing marketization of the marathon and the simultaneity of production and consumption,managers must take risks independently.This objectively gives the event manager only a chance to guard against risks.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the risk management of Zhengkai International Marathon.In 2017,I worked as an internship in the Organizing Committee of the Eleventh International Marathon Organizing Committee of Zheng Kai,who had participated in the whole course of the competition,including the preparation of the pre competition,the guide of the half range reentry point athletes in the competition,the post game cleaning up after the game,and found that the risk of the Zhengkai marathon was objective,dynamic and dynamic,and used track and field majors at the same time.The relevant knowledge about marathon events,found the risk or possible risk in the Zheng Kai International Marathon Event,assessment of the risk factorsidentified by experts,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,and hope to provide a theoretical reference for the risk of Marathon events in China.This research takes the risk management of Zhengkai international competition as the research object.Through the search of the knowledge of the risk of the competition,it is found that there are many qualitative research on the risk management of Marathon events and few quantitative studies,most of which are studied in the form of periodicals,and the theoretical research of the thesis is less.In view of this phenomenon,the author evaluates the risk of identification by means of field inspection,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,and then puts forward corresponding measures to deal with risk according to the evaluation of the organization managers and experts of the Zhengkai marathon event.To make up for the lack of theoretical research on risk management of Zheng Kai International Marathon events,it can increase the identification and evaluation methods of Marathon risk,and ensure that Zheng Kai International Marathon can achieve a higher level of risk management.The research finds that: in this research,the author mainly studies the risk of Zheng Kai marathon race based on the concept of project management.According to the project management theory,Zheng Kai marathon is divided into three major management processes,which are pre competition,competition and post competition.According to the project life cycle theory,the three management processes are divided into five life cycles,which are starting,planning,implementing,controlling and ending respectively.First of all,the risk source identification of Zhengkai marathon,classification of risk categories,through the collection of relevant documents,their own field investigation and interviews with experts and scholars in the related fields,and the final self compilation of the "Zhengkai marathon risk checklist",to determine the 20 risk sources before,during and after the match.The risk assessment of Zhengkai event mainly adopts the list sorting method and the Pareto accumulative analysis method.By organizing managers and experts to assess the risk of Zheng Kai event from the possibility,severity and controllability,it is found that the highest five items of risk in Zheng Kai event are: personnel,organization management,nature,commerce and politics.The present situation of thepersonnel,organization management,nature,commerce and politics of Zhengkai marathon is described,and the existing problems are found,and the risk measures are put forward,such as pre competition rehearsal,coping with sudden situation,personnel,organization and management,natural,commercial,political and other risk measures,respectively,to reduce the risk of International Marathon from the aspects of avoidance,transfer,self retention and prevention.Reduce and guard against the risk of possible events.For Zheng Kai International Marathon,managers will provide useful references for future risk prevention and avoidance.
