The advent of the information age has brought us great convenience and a series of problems have arisen.In particular,the explosive growth in the number of Internet users and the number of Weibo users has generated a great deal of contradictions,including the outbreak of public opinion on the Internet,Internet public opinion hardest hit,which makes the power of microblogging public opinion increased rapidly,the power of microblogging public opinion should not be underestimated.How to correctly guide the public opinion microblogging,microblogging public opinion can give students the correct behavior of information guidance is urgent.This article,from the perspective of Weibo public opinion,draws lessons from well-known scholars at home and abroad,combined with the crisis life cycle theory describes the four stages of the microblogging public opinion from generation to extinction,using the theory of silent spiral pointed out that "opinion leaders"in the discussion of Weibo And discusses the characteristics of information behavior of college students under the influence of Weibo public opinion and focuses on the behavioral characteristics of the three aspects of concern,comment,forwarding of information behavior,And makes corresponding research on the effective measures of microblogging public opinion governance.The dissertation mainly uses the depth interview and questionnaire to investigate the undergraduates 'information behavior in the micro-blog public opinion environment.Through the comparison between the interview method and the questionnaire data,the paper draws the conclusion that the undergraduates' Under the concern of college students,comments,forwarding behavior characteristics,as well as microblogging public opinion governance effective measures in the survey found that college students pay more attention to the hot events,but the sustained attention is short,the type of concern diversified,three-dimensional;The number of reviews and comments are relatively small;forwarding behavior than commenting more frequently,and commenting behavior is similar to the purpose of making fairness and justice are achieved,in order to transfer positive energy,in the survey found that a small number of college students We believe that the credibility of Weibo information is not high,which has a negative impact on the values of a few college students.Weibo public opinion is full of negative information.Based on the survey data,we put forward opinions and suggestions on how to strengthen the management of Weibo public opinion.Based on the research on the management of Weibo public opinion from the Weibo public opinion system construction,High guide platform,and enhance public opinion to guide team building,to deepen the level of ideological and political education of college students four aspects of management and control,so that college students in the microblogging public opinion environment to establish the correct values,experience their ability to think independently.Finally,it concludes that most university students hold a wait-and-see attitude towards hot events and keep a short time of concern.However,some college students are still easily surrounded by negative information and the subject of information is easily influenced by "opinion leaders" Under the environment,it is easy to change the original values,so it is necessary to control the information behavior of undergraduates in colleges and universities.It is necessary to establish the correct guiding mechanism from the system.
