The core of education is the social practice which can train people overall.People should be treated as a complete individual in the education activities,which means the whole education should be integrate.Primary school education,as a special stage of education is supposed to follow the general idea of education,that is,the target of training should be training a whole person.The education in primary school is not only to impart knowledge to students,but also to promote students' physical and mental development.More important,the education should cultivate students' moral character and make their knowledge structure adjust to their physical and mental development.All of these composes the element in primary school education.The influence of primary school education on students is holistic.Elementary school education is the foundation of education as well as the initial education of people' s whole life.It plays a vital role in the development of the whole life.Education is an activity happens between educators and educates.The key element to make the education progress integrate is the educators,the elementary school teachers.The overall influence made by the primary education on the students depends on teachers' education concept.In the education activities,which role should be played and what kind of teacher should they be are particularly important.A new round of curriculum reform is closely around the"people-oriented" development ideas.The idea of "taking students as the present" has put forward newer and higher requirements to the teachers.With the change of learning mode of students,a different previous new teacher-student relationship is established,traditional classroom teaching obviously can't adapt to the needs of the current curriculum reform.there is an urgent requirement for conforming teachers'role in the classroom.This Paper including six parts.The first part mainly focuses on introducing the background of this study and giving definition to the related concepts.The second part briefly introduces the current situation of teacher' s role orientation in primary school.The third part analyzes the problems caused by the role deviation of teachers,The fourth part analyzes the reason of the role orientation deviation by making a survey toward the primary teachers in Changsha.The fifth part offers some reasonable solution to correct the cognitive bias on role orientation.The last part mainly shows the conclusion of this paper.In allusion to the current curriculum in teachers' role orientation,teachers should update their educational concept,accept the lifelong learning concept,meanwhile,they need improve their teaching professionalism to adapt to the needs of research study.On the other hand,the school should improve their teacher training and teacher evaluation system.They also need strengthen their curriculum management system and teachers' incentive mechanism to promote the orientation of teachers' role.
