Study On Construction Of Evaluation Index System For Chinese Olympic Sport

Taking competitive sports resource allocation as logical entry point,this article firstly studied on the original resource allocation standard of Chinese Olympic sport.Under the background of deepening sports management system reform in China,separation of management office entity and sports association,taking related factors,which reflect the development status as well as potential,as the research object.With the analysis of literature,expert interviews and taking experiences from abroad,this study improved and optimized traditional resource allocation classification method,constructed an evaluation index system for Chinese Olympic sport.At the meanwhile,used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and allocated balance weight of single indexes.The main purpose of this study is to construct a sustainable-development-oriented evaluation index system,which could be the basis of scientific and transparent resource allocation and provide a practical method.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Combined with theories of competitive sports evaluation system construction,core-competence,resource allocation,used literature analysis method,expert interview method and Delphi method,analyzed traditional classification method of Chinese Olympic sports,redefined the object and the content of this evaluation index system;2.Based on the results above and the principles of evaluation index system construction,including comprehensiveness,science and combination of quantitative and qualitative,came up with the initial evaluation index system of Chinese Olympic sports and contents.Used method of Delphi,finished the selection and adjustment of index system.Established an evaluation index system which including 3 first class indexes,7 second class indexes and 23 third class indexes;3.On the basis of determined the specific index content of evaluation index system of Chinese Olympic sports,used AHP to assign weights to the specific indicators,and make a preliminary discussion on the specific implementation methods of Chinese Olympic sport evaluation.Olympic sport is an important part of competitive sports.The sustainable development of competitive sports needs the coordination of the internal and external mechanism.The reform of the management system of competitive sports involves many fields of sports management.The evaluation index system built in this study has a forward-looking nature and needs to be further tested and perfected in practice.
