Study On Child Protection Of Family Service Model In Sweden

As a populous country,Chinese child population accounts for about one-fifth of the total population.Children's healthy growth is related to the sustainable development of society and the national rejuvenation plan.The importance of child protection is highlighted.In recent years,media reports of frequent child abuse cases have affected children's physical,mental health and social harmony,which has become a social public issue.This is inextricably linked with the defects of related systems.At present,the main problems in the academic research in China are:not noticed that the relevant research in the West has entered the development direction of prevention and service,and the model of child protection represented by the United States is still the main model,and the child protection system of the family service model is less mentioned.Swedish child protection system is a typical family service model.Itattaches importance to early prevention and improvement of family services and is known as the "children's paradise".Therefore,this paper takes the Swedish child protection system of family service oriented as the research object and expects to provide mode selection and advice of system construction for the protection of children in China.The secondary analysis method of literature research is mainly used,supplemented by method of observation and interview.The Swedish child protection model was systematically introduced,including the child protection process(from report to investigation to service),as well as the legal level behind it and the support of the working organization.And comprehensively analyzed the advantages and existing problems of the Swedish child protection mechanism.Finally,in combination with the status quo of culture and child protection,suggestions are made for the establishment of a child protection mechanism in China.It is mainly divided into introduction,research and design,introduction and analysis of Swedish family service-based child protection system,status of child protection in China,and recommendations.The study found that the core idea of the Swedish model is that the government provides a full range of support services for the family,restores and enhances the function of family upbringing,then constructs a safety net for child protection.This model has the characteristics of exerting family functions,focusing on prevention and service,as well as the advantages of a perfect legal system,strong operability,and strict procedures.However,this model lack of national working standards due to the excessive freedom of the municipality.And it is faced with challenges,such as changes in the role of social workers,family welfare service is vulnerability due to heavily dependent on economic development,and the influx of refugee children.In combination with the status of family culture and child protection work in China,the proposal for the establishment of child protection mechanisms is proposed.To improve the awareness of protecting children,to take advantage of family,to strengthen government's responsibilities,and to improve the child protection system.
