Research On Operation Mechanism Of Law Firm Mediation Work

In China,as agents of the parties,lawyers still maintain the legal rights and interests of the parties through litigation.However,with the development of a market-oriented economy,more and more lawyers have joined the non-litigation legal service industry.The dispute resolution method of mediation has been established in China for a long time.Attorneys with their professional knowledge background are not only helpful to the construction of a harmonious society,but also of great practical significance to the concept of fair and just rule of law.With the promulgation of China's related policies and the continuous improvement of the lawyer's mediation system,four types of lawyer's mediation models have gradually been established in our country.The mode of setting up a mediation studio in a law firm is due to its huge market fit and efficiency.In China,a large-scale pilot work has been launched.However,due to imperfect laws and regulations,the mediation studios of different law firms have different operating mechanisms,and the lack of unified standards has made it difficult to meet market expectations.This paper hopes that through the research on the operation mechanism of the law firm's mediation studio,the operation of the law firm's mediation studio can be optimized and contribute to the development of China's diversified dispute resolution mechanism.It is mainly divided into four parts.The first part introduces the law firm mediation studio model;the second part comprehensively analyzes the advantages of law firm mediation studio operation;the third part enumerates the existence of law firm mediation studio operation It is hoped that this problem can be improved through practical research.The fourth part discusses in detail the specific mechanism of the law firm's mediation studio operation and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
