Research On Mao Zedong's Theory Of Women And Its Contemporary Value

The degree of women participation in the construction of a civilized society reflects the situation of a country's civilization development.Women are an indispensable part of social development,a strong force in promoting the development of human history,as well as an important indicator of social progress.After the arduous progress of the Revolution of 1911,the New-democratic Revolution,the Socialist Revolution and national construction,Chinese women present themselves to the world with a new look,which has close connection with Mao Zedong's correct judgment in the Chinese revolution and social construction.Mao Zedong summarized and refined a whole set of theories about women liberation in China in the process of Chinese revolution and social construction,which enabled women to link their destiny with the fate of the country.By overthrowing the old system,building a new China and realizing women's liberation,the social status of Chinese women,who account for half of the population,has been changed dramatically.Women's liberation therefore has reached an unprecedented level.Recently,with the continuous progress of society,issues of Chinese women have also encountered new changes while showing unprecedented diversity.The systematic analysis of Mao Zedong's Women's theory in theory provides a basic idea for understanding and solving the new problems of modern women,which is helpful in promoting the national policy of gender equality and accelerating the pace of building a harmonious society.This thesis acknowledged the unsolved women's problems in the process of socialist modernization in China.Empirical data and academic achievements provided by the historical background of Mao Zedong's theory of women were adopted to support this thesis as well.Besides,the organic combination of historical materialism and dialectical materialism were used as the basic research method of my research.in short,this research aims to summarize the policies to solve the problems of women in contemporary China and provide some thoughts and opinions on the development direction of women's career in China.
