Study On The Participation Of Yunnan Social Organization In Social Governance

The autonomy of society has been enhanced with the continuous acceleration of China's comprehensively deepening reform.It can be seen that government control is only one of the means to processing public affairs,especially the urgent,difficult,dangerous and intractable things.The more complicated the affairs are,the more obvious the manifestation will be.We should think deeply about the way to solving problems by only relying on the government for providing effective solutions or making independent decisions.As a result,how to drive the social governance innovation more effectively in the process of economic,information,scientific and global development has become a social issue of great concern.A study on the participation of social organizations in social governance has been conducted in this paper.Firstly,by taking Yunnan Lianxin Community Care Service Center as an example,it focuses on the fundamental research of social governance that social organizations participated in,analyzes the current situation and existing problems,and summarizes the current dilemma and reasons for social organizations participating in social governance.The dilemma is mainly reflected in unsound policies and regulations on social governance,limited ability of social organizations to participate in social governance,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the actual situation of social organizations in Yunnan participating in social governance.In combination with the demonstration of Yunnan Lianxin Community Care Service Center participating in social governance,the difficulties that the Center meets in social governance are discussed and analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and reflections on the participation of social organizations in social governance are proposed,including the formation of specific social environment,enhancement of efficiency for social governance,and motivation of social organizations to participate in social governance.
