Education discipline is with the new round of basic education curriculum reform began,the new concept of education deeply rooted in the people,the high voice of appreciation of education,coupled with some media on the "teacher corporal punishment" incident false reports,so that people began to talk about "punishment" color change,"educational discipline" more and more difficult to stand on.At the primary school stage,on the one hand,there is a situation in which teachers are afraid to take care of,teachers are considering whether to discipline students who make mistakes,because they are concerned about the accountability of students and parents and society,often make the choice of giving up discipline and letting students go;Disguised corporal punishment and other wrong ways,and this is easy to affect the students' physical and mental.Therefore,the researchers investigate the status quo of educational discipline for primary school teachers through questionnaire and interview method and literature analysis method,with a view to analyzing the dilemma of teachers' education discipline at this stage,and how to get rid of the difficulties of educational discipline and how to reasonably and legally implement educational discipline.This study randomly selected some students and teachers in grades 4 to 6 in three primary schools in Chengdu and surrounding areas,and conducted a survey on the current situation of educational discipline for primary school teachers.In the fifth chapter,Teachers and students confuse the concept of educational discipline with corporal punishment,Some teachers do not know enough about the necessity of educational discipline,teachers and students lack a correct understanding of educational discipline,teachers and students lack relevant legal knowledge of educational discipline,students are not clear about the reasons for educational punishment,the purpose of educational punishment is not correct,and teachers havearbitrary behavior in the process of implementing educational discipline.The way of educational discipline is not correct and the effect is not good,and teachers have concerns when carrying out educational discipline.In six chapters,the reasons for the difficulties of primary school teachers in implementing educational discipline are analyzed: First,from the state side,the definition of relevant concepts by law needs to be further clarified;Second,from the school aspect,the evaluation mechanism of teachers is not scientific,the support,guidance and supervision of teachers' education discipline is insufficient,and the third is from the teacher's point of view: some teachers lack the correct view of students,teachers are not good,and teachers' class management ability is insufficient.Fourth,from the parents and public opinion,parents hold incorrect educational ideas;The incorrect orientation of public opinion.In chapter seven,it provides some countermeasures for teachers to get rid of the dilemma of implementing educational discipline from the three levels of the state,school and teacher.At the national level,it is mainly to improve and publicize the laws and regulations on education and discipline,to improve the supervision mechanism and relief mechanism of education and discipline,to strengthen supervision of public opinion and news reports,and to create a social atmosphere that respects teachers.The school level is mainly to make rules,to guide and supervise teachers' education and discipline,to strengthen communication between home schools,to change parents' understanding,and to channel negative feelings among teachers and students.The teacher level mainly makes some discussion from the level of teacher's cognition and behavior.
