Marx's thought of free labor not only transcends the one-sided labor value theory of classical political economy,but also transcends Hegel's abstract labor dialectics and Feuerbach's only intuitive labor thought,and also transcends the labor desire of utopian socialism which is not in line with the reality.History has proved that it is only a kind of false free labor to realize labor liberation by excluding perceptual.To obtain real freedom,labor must be based on perceptual,and the perceptual objective activities must be given to people to understand the essence of human beings.Marx's thought of free labor has three aspects: practice dimension,culture dimension and value dimension.Labor,as the most basic concept content in all human practical activities,is the premise of all human perceptual activities.Practical labor contains two kinds of labor: necessary labor and free labor.Necessary labor creates the premise of human existence,and free labor is the essential characteristic of human beings.Therefore,people with subjectivity should be free and conscious.Free labor confirms the essence and ability of human beings and fully embodies the subjectivity of human beings.Therefore,in the practice of free labor,human culture about nature,society and history is constantly generated,which opens up the generation of human culture,constructs the formation of human social culture,and creates the appearance of all human historical culture.In order to realize free labor as the "first nature" labor,we can only promote the development of productive forces through labor,transcend the historical stage of capitalism,eliminate capitalist private ownership and alienated labor,enable workers to unite freely,and enable all people to develop freely and comprehensively,and finally point its ideological value to the liberation of labor,the extinction of the country and the formation of world history.Therefore,the thought of free labor bears the highest social ideal and the ultimate value concern of Marx,and guides us to keep pace with the times and apply it to the development of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics as the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism.At the same time,the understanding of the essence of Marx's free labor thought has given strong and powerful contemporary enlightenment to the broad masses of workers.The understanding of Marx's free labor thought not only deepens our thinking on the importance of career choice,but also enhances our understanding of the significance of labor,and also deepens our understanding of building and developing harmonious labor relations and decent work in China,thus constantly guiding us to achieve the goal of Communist society.
