Integrationof Resourceson Communityservice For Home Care Of Elderly,Based On Internet Of Things

With the rapid development of society,the aging of the population has become a prominent problem in China society,the characteristics of "comes old before rich" has brought severe challenges to china.The development of population structure,economic and social has weakened the traditional family aging care mode,effect of community home care in the whole aging care situation intensified,most of the elderly community home care is an inevitable stage of social development.Community home care needs to use and consume aging care resources,aging care resources in accordance with the needs of the elderly,can be divided into three categories: health care resources,life care resources,spiritual comfort resources.However,the contradiction between supply and demand is still outstanding,and there are still many problems in the allocation of resources.The emergence and development of the INTERNET OF THINGS provides a feasible way to integrate the aging care resources.At present,a general form of INTERNET OF THINGS apply to home-based care services is: installation of emergency call equipment and provide on-site service for the needs of the elderly;provide day-care services for the elderly;provide spiritual consolation services for the elderly through a variety of ways.Some use the INTERNET OF THINGS technology to collect the information of the elderly,and use analytical results for the elderly to carry out targeted services.This thesis firstly based on the networking community home care model,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs and public goods theory,proposed the establishment of "community home care as the main form,aging care INTERNET OF THINGS as the main means,combined with the elderly family and social volunteers,relying on the service care center running by enterprise operation,and the government support to promote the development of the three main participants" home care service mode.This thesis further enhance the integration of combining the previous research on community home care,aging care resources integration,and the INTERNET OF THINGS technology.The Analysis based on the example of the Aging care Service Center-Wuzhen home care service center,studies the general status quo of resources integration of community home care service.This thesis analysis on the mode of care service content and form,summarized the community home care model service results,and find out the existing problems of home-based care services in resource integration: the first is the backward problem in the formulation of government departments exist responsibility dispersion,poor communication between departments,relevant laws and regulations and industry standard;second is the endowment service enterprise in the personnel,funds,facilities and other aspects of the problem;third is the social volunteer service is not accurate,is not high,the elderly spiritual comfort demand pay attention to problems of pension services for the elderly and elderly family participation rate;fourth is the INTERNET OF THINGS technology not fit the actual needs of the elderly,and online information services and offline aging care services are not closely integrated.In this regard,the aging care service participants and networking from the technical point of view,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: first,the government good industry layout,long-term planning,the introduction of industry guidance and good policy support,service and supervision work.Second,participate in the care of enterprises,do a good job planning,training staff,the use of networking technology,close to the actual service of the elderly.Third,the social organization,the elderly and elderly family participation,encourage social organizations and volunteers to participate in old-age home to carry out various volunteer activities for the elderly,the elderly family and children need to take responsibility for taking care of the good old man.Fourth,through networking professionals and other ways to further develop the INTERNET OF THINGS technology,so as to better support the development of the aging care industry.The conclusion of the thesis shows that the INTERNET OF THINGS community home care model can effectively integrate the resource endowment based on the integration of government,marketing &enterprise,volunteers and the elderly family,which is a new way to provide better aging care services for the elderly.
